Joel- Compact yet spacious adventure

Joel's adventure starts with a very thorough and complete training on how to use a camper and enjoy it. This covers everything from the contracts to the hook up and systems that make modern camping so easy and so much fun. When you step inside you can't help but appreciate the great layout, it has a very comfortable couch on the right that lays flat to let the queen size mattress fold out, a slideout Dinette that will seat 6 (and sleep two), a great kitchen with large sink, stove/oven, and fridge/freezer. The bunk beds are full size so there's plenty of room for 2 per bunk (the upper has a weight limit of 300#'s). If there's only two of you enjoying the camper the bunkbeds become fantastic storage areas and the bottom bunk folds up for some taller storage. The bathroom has a sink, a medicine cabinet, and a shower/tub combo. On the outside, you'll appreciate the 18' awning for some great shade to relax in. There are an outdoor stove, sink, and mini-fridge to keep those cold beverages handy in addition to an outside shower. Joel has a lot of outside storage for all the fun things you want to bring along. As for the basic comfort needs, the AC is a ducted system that works great at keeping you nice and cool in the Summer and the ducted propane furnace keeps it toasty warm in the winter. All our campers have everything you need to go camping, everything you need to hook up the camper, dishes for six, pots/pans and kitchen utensils, linens, towels, camp chairs, and much more. We want your trip to be anxiety and hassle free. If any extra amenities are needed, please don't hesitate to ask. I am excited to share part of our story with yours. Please take some time to get to know us and us you so that we can customize your trip for memories of a lifetime. Your RV will come clean and stocked and ready to roll for a funtastic trip. Please plan to pick up and return with a full tank propane, gas, and a dumped tank. Treat our home on wheels just as conscientiously as you would your own. There will be an extra cleaning fee for an excessively dirty return or unattended tank. Please do not leave pets unattended in the RV. Crates are available upon request. Absolutely NO SMOKING/VAPING of any substance (legal or illegal) is allowed. Any evidence of the such will result in forfeiture of entire deposit. If you are having the RV delivered. Please be prepared to pay a 25% surcharge. The fee surcharge when paying direct is waived. For example if you are 60 miles away the Total would be $300 for a trailer and $450.00 for a motorhome. When Paying direct it would be $240 and $360. YOU MUST CHECK WITH US FIRST ON AVAILABILITY and times will have to work around our work schedule. Pick up and drop off times/ delivery: my husband and I both work Monday-Friday 8 am- 5 pm. We can allow a 50% discount for the night before. You will need to contact me so I can update the reservation. (insurance and whatever Platform charges can not be discounted). Please keep in mind our work schedule when planning your camp sites. Weekends can be flexible. There is a difference in fees when booking direct versus through the platform. The dump fee is not included in the delivery. What's included: The RVs will come stocked with bedding for the beds, towels, dishes, cookware, camp chairs, and anything I can think of to make it a great trip. I can not guarantee paper products and things like dish soap, saran wrap, garbage bags, and paper towels, but I do try to have those items stocked. I do not inventory so if you need a specific number of things or extra bedding you will need to specify in an email. don't be shy we have extra for this reason. Please specify how many bed sheets and towels you will need. Anything that is purchased and will stay with the RV can also be reimbursed with receipts. I do not charge a cleaning or prep fee. For that reason, if I have to launder the linens there will be a $25 charge. 2 hours are given for cleaning and prepping. After the two hours, a $65/ hour cleaning fee will be taken from the deposit. Please check with us for delivery availability and cost. No smoking! No Burning Man! Minor repairs are allowed for reimbursement. Please save receipts. What you will need to have to use this camper: ~ A tow vehicle with a minimum towing capacity of 6000#'s ~ A 7pin wiring connection (you cannot use a 4pin/adapter - it MUST be the round 7pin)
