This camper is in brand new and sleeps 8 comfortably with bunkhouse and true residential queen bed along with pull out couch . Renter is responsible for booking and paying the campground lot. $1000.00 damage / cleaning deposit required up front to hold and will be returned if no issues . Payment required after setup .
