Sleeping 10 people, this RV is in excellent shape and has loads of space. Double bunkbeds in the back and a brand new queen RV mattress in the front, your family will have a comfortable sleep. Our personal favourite is the layout with the bathroom having its own entrance and not near the bunkbeds where the kids sleep. The trailer itself is half ton towable and comes with blocks to make leveling a breeze. Pick up/drop off location is just outside of Lumsden. Upon booking, I will send a pin of the RVs location. No pets or smoking allowed with this rental. Also, no gravel travel, please! Here are items included in the rental: - equalizer hitch (your vehicle must be fitted with a standard receiver for the hitch to be put in) - full propane tanks - stabilizing jacks, leveling blocks & tire chocks - grey/black portable septic tank - 120 feet of hose for fresh water - 40 feet of 30 amp cord for camper plug in - 2 15 amp extension cords - Happy Camper Sewer Treatmemt (hey, this stuff is pricey. One treatment of a small scoop in the toilet should be plenty if you notice a smell!) - Camco grey water odor control (use if you notice an odor in the kitchen sink, shower or hand sink) - fitted sheets on the bunkbeds and queen bed - 1 hand towel in bathroom, 4 tea towels, 2 wash cloths in kitchen - RV toilet paper (please only use what is provided) - set of 4 cups, bowls, small plates, large plates. 2 mugs. Utensils. - various kitchen items such as toaster, cheese grater, peeler, can opener, salt & pepper, mini air fryer, mini deep fryer, coffee pot, couple pots and pans, 1 cast iron pan for fire use, ice maker, various sized serving platters, cutting board, 4 sharp knives, various flippers/spatulas, garbage can, garbage bags, recycle bin, mini oven mitts, BBQ flipper/tongs, - camping items such as flash light, lantern, ladder ball game, yahtzee, crib game set, 2 lawn chairs, 4 marshmellow sticks, 2 bush pie makers, 6 ft collapsible table, small kids table, outdoor rug, water cooler pump, lighter, ax for chopping wood - kleenex, paper towel, hand soap, dish soap (leave what is not used in the camper please) Here are some items you may want to bring with: - pillows, blankets, any other bedding for dinette or couch - towels - lawn chairs (only 2 provided) - camping grill/BBQ - saran wrap, tinfoil, food containers - Other personal items: FOOD!, spices, drinking water, clothes, sunscreen, bug spray, toiletries - firewood (need to check with campground. Some campgrounds have free firewood and don't let you bring your own in. Others don't provide wood so you have to bring some with you) - fire starter
