Overall the experience was good. A few hiccups along the way, with items not working 100%, but overall, everything worked out well.
Rob was easy to deal with and the camper was clean and as advertised. The double bunks were sturdy which the teenagers enjoyed. I would rent again.
The RV is clean and delivered to our campsite on time, Robert gave a direct instructions on how to operate the different functions of the RV and everything is working good. Highly recommended.
Robert was very quick to respond to the water problems we had. He drove out to the campground to fix. Communication was very good. Unit was not equipped with any dishes, garbage cans, broom.
Robert was very informative about the rental which made the use of the rv easy. He was very accommodating in picking and dropping off and we appreciated that very much!
