There are plenty of sleeping spaces for everyone in this travel trailer! It is an RV (Non-Smoking) especially for a family. From the rear private bunkhouse with a set of bunk beds and a bunk bed above a sofa to the front private bedroom with a king bed. Additionally You can even transform the tri-fold sofa and U-shaped dinette slide into extra sleeping spaces if needed. The walk-through bathroom has everything you will need to freshen up each morning. While the chef will love cooking indoors with a three burner cooktop with a 17" oven, but love cooking at the outdoor kitchen even more. Grab a snack from the walk-in pantry behind the entertainment center and watch your favorite movie on the 40" LED HDTV while a fire roars in the 30" glass fireplace. Bedding & COVID-19 * Due to covid-19 we are taking precautions to keep you and everyones safety. Some items may not be included. NOT INCLUDED: - Comforters and Pillows will NOT be provided. INCLUDED: - Sheets and Linen will be provided.(They are easily able to washed after every rental) - Basic kitchen (cooking utensils, cutlery, coffee maker, toaster, plates, Bowls, garbage bags, toilet paper, and dish detergent. ) Other Add ons request further contact me for more details. Trailer weight is approx. 7800 pounds for this size of trailer. It comes with power jacks for levelling and hooking up. Also included small outdoor kitchen for cooking outside. RESTRICTIONS: * Unfortunately no pets allowed in or outside of the unit. *No smoking in or close to the unit.
