Festival & tailgating rentals allowed. You can even use this camper to provide extra room at family events! (No smoking in RV.) You can tow RV or I can deliver & pickup. (Delivery & pick up extra.) SLEEPING: 2 beds (Queen & U-Shaped dinette turns into bed) Specs: sleeps 4 Reality: comfort sleeping is 2 adults & 2 kids or 3 adults 2 thin adults could fit on dinette bed Can provide small tent & air mattress & pop up changing tent to expand sleeping EATING: U-shaped booth w/ long table - great for food spreads & board games on rainy days 1 kitchen sink w/ 2 burner propane stove. Microwave works w/electric hook-up. Fridge works on electric or propane. 8 hours to get really cold. Ample cupboard space. BATHROOM: Bathroom has a shower, tub, full-length mirror, medicine cabinet, toilet & sink, but it's a tight squeeze. (You can wash your hands after you go to the bathroom w/out worrying about what's in the kitchen sink! This is great if you are immunocompromised and/or health conscious.) Roof fan vent in bathroom. Hot water runs on propane/battery & works great! It is a small tank, so if you don't have hookup, keep showers short. (Outdoor popup privacy/shower tent available, but you'll need your own portable outdoor shower unless I get one before you rent. :) STORAGE: Lots of storage for your gear & food! Under the dinette, under the bed, pantry, wardrobe, kitchen cupboards - storage everywhere! AIR-CONDITIONING: Air conditioner is over queen size bed. Needs electrical hookup. RV HOOKUP vs. PRIMITIVE BOONDOCKING HOOKUP: w/electrical hookup at RV site you get microwave & air conditioner. These do not run off battery. You also get lights, hot water, fridge, & stovetop. You'll have plenty of running water and hot showers. PRIMITIVE BOONDOCKING: You get lights, hot water, fridge, & stovetop from propane & battery. Small H2O tank. I can provide gallons of H2O. (Water in tank might last 2 days.)   EXTRAS: Basics stocked before you go. (Paper plates, plastic utensils, pot/pan, serving & cooking utensils, teapot, French press or coffee maker, towels, bed linen, marshmallows, a couple of chairs, etc.) Ask about propane, kayaks, tent, air mattress, hammock, cooler, delivery, set-up, & supplies.
