El Sol is the perfect RV for your next camping getaway! This beautifully decorated, almost new, sunny RV is perfect for a couple or the whole family! It has all the modern conveniences to make your trip comfy and easy. Don’t want to pack up the whole house? Not a problem! All linens, towels, cookware, table settings, coffee maker and more are included free of charge. The curtained off master bedroom and the bunks offers some privacy for everyone in the family. The bathroom includes a small tub for the kiddos after a long day of outdoor activities. You’ll sleep comfortably on the brand new foam mattress topper, the dinette turns into an extra twin bed and the jack knife sofa offers another sleep area as well. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a three burner stove top, oven, an over-sized kitchen sink, microwave, toaster and all the cookware you might need including a coffee pot, coffee and filters. We include salt, pepper and cooking oil as well. El Sol has two smart TVs that you can hookup to your hotspot or to the campground’s WIFI, if available. The TVs also have cable connections if your campsite supports local cable. El Sol welcomes all friendly, well-trained dogs with a non-refundable $100 pet fee. No other animals are allowed. Fresh linens, towels, pillows, cleaning supplies, cookware, table settings, silverware, cups, soap, coffee pot, toaster, coffee, filters, salt, pepper and cooking oil. Other Things to Note: **Currently our rooftop A/C unit and the furnace are out of order. However, we have included a portable A/C unit and heater that more than cool and heat the RV. We have had a few rentals go out with these accommodations and have no complaints. FEES: Delivery & Setup Fee – We charge a $100 delivery fee for up to 30 miles from our storage lot. For this rate, your RV must be delivered to a site with a sewer connection. El Sol also requires a 30amp connection for power. We do have an adapter in the case this option is unavailable. However, you may sacrifice power if it is converted to a 15amp plug. Delivery, Setup and Dump Fee: This option is perfect if you are having the RV delivered to your home or a dry camping site. If you are having the RV delivered to a site without a sewer hookup, then the fee will increase to $150 to allow for dumping the black and grey tanks upon pickup. If the RV is delivered to a site with a sewer hookup or dump station, then the fee is simply $100. Fresh Water Tank: $25 You only need this option if you are dry camping without a water hookup. Pet Fee: Up to two dogs are allowed in the RV’s for a $100 non-refundable pet fee. Please, please, please NO SMOKING inside the RV. We want to ensure you have a good time, but with that comes just some minor courtesy rules. Have fun, but please respect our property. If you plan to tow the RV yourself, please make sure your tow vehicle can handle El Sol’s weight of $6,000 pounds, the hitch weight is 470 pounds and the ball hitch that you will need to provide is 2 5/16 inch.
