2021 Ford Thor Chateau 25VF. The equipment is in excellent condition with low mileage. We work hard to keep it Safe and Clean for our renters Sleeps 5 comfortably. Suggest 4 adults or 2 adults and 3 kids 3 TVs. One in the back bedroom, one above the driver, and one outside The rear bed converts from two twins or, if preferred, to one large king The dinette converts into a bed for a small adult or child There is a ladder for climbing into the bunks above the driver There is an outside attached rear ladder in case you need to get to the roof There is a hitch in case you want to pull a trailer or put on an outside carrier There is an outside shower We supply a small vacuum cleaner, broom, and dustpan Paper towels and toilet paper are included ( A MUST to use the toilet paper provided, DO NOT use basic household grade toilet paper. It will not dissolve. There are dishes and disposable plates, silverware, and cups There are pots, pans, and cooking supplies There is a toaster and a coffee maker There are two automatic rear stabilizers Chucks and emergency cones are included A First Aid Kit is included Some games are included The LP gas is always FULL, which is CONSIDERED 3/4 of a tank. This is highly recommended by the manufacturer for safety. A good LP seller understands this process to never fill the tank full. There is an antenna on the roof There is solar on the roof There is a generator This motor home is self-sustaining if there is no electricity, water, or toilets in your camping area Always connect to supplied water and electricity when provided. Connect the electricity BEFORE using the slide-out. It will help the system We HIGHLY RECOMMEND you use any camping facilities in the area instead of the in-home shower or toilet This will lengthen the amount of water and toilet usage you will have before having to refill water tanks and not having to dump the waste tanks You would rather NOT have full tanks of water when driving from one point to another, as the pounds in the tanks will lower your gas mileage We will be happy to answer any questions you may have and offer any additional amenities you might need for your convenience. We DO NOT SUPPLY personal hygiene items such as bath towels, sheets, or pillows and pillow-cases, toothpaste, and items like that We believe these are too personal unless we absolutely need to add them for an additional charge.
