Kid friendly house on wheels is ready for her next destination! This rv will come with pots and pans, silverware, plates, bowls, cups, dish rags, soap and drying rack in the kitchen. And a mini coffee maker and filter - you will need to bring your own coffee grinds etc. Bedding for the master bedroom, five pillows and two sets of sheets for the bunks. Three bathroom towels and a 24 inch tv. Outside speakers do NOT work at the moment. Until we can get the RV in the shop there are a few damages to the RV: The master bed door does not shut sometimes. When you go to let the slide out you MUST have someone hold the other door shut. There right drawer under the kitchen table bench has come unglued so it may be popped off after opening the slide - just push it back against the wall and it’ll be fine. We do NOT allow animals of any kind or smoking of ANY KIND inside the RV. If you choose to smoke outside - please do it away from any open doors and windows. You will be charged extra if you take any items, damage the RV in anyway, or break the rules listed above. If you book the RV with only 1-2 days notice we will charge a Rush fee of $50.
