Full family RV. Meticulous up keep on interior as well as exterior functions. Perfect size for a family of 4, or that lone bachelor. 1 queen size bed, double bunk beds, and a dinning room table converts to a bed. Camping/outdoor gear is located in the storage compartment upfront.(chairs, fishing poles, outdoor rug, weather station, etc.) Outdoor kitchen with 2 burner stove and mini fridge. Fully furnished with linens included. Kitchen wear included.(pots pans, silverware, cups, etc). All hook ups for electric, water and sewar all located near outdoor shower. Water connection has filter for RO and pressure regulator. If using for housing in Midland for (extended/Short stay) pricing per night is $90.00(can be discussed based on length of stay) plus price for RV Parks daily/weekly fees. Will transport and set up travel trailer upon request of RV park being used. Please enjoy and always have fun!!!
