It comes with many features and amenities: * 10 ft power awning * Queen bed with 4 inch with a real mattress (not cardboard standard) * 4 Full bunk beds * inside shower * Large kitchen dinette area the folds out to a full size bed * Indoor and outdoor audio system that is Bluetooth enabled * LED lights inside and outside for nighttime camping *32' & 24 inch tv * 3 burner stove-top and oven *Microwave **Bring your own and towels pillows, blankets & personal items We can provide delivery and setup in San Antonio/New Braunfels and surrounding areas up to 75 miles If you plan on towing, you can easily use a 1/2 ton pickup with a towing capacity of at least 7600lb GVWR, 7 pin trailer connector, and trailer brake system. The camper is light-weight and easy to pull. We are glad that you have chosen to use our travel trailer. May your trip be enjoyable? To ensure that those who use the trailer (use and others) are able to continue to use the trailer in good condition we require the following: Upon pick up please allow min 30min for quick tour and walk thru. NO SMOKING AND NO PETS in the trailer. If there is evidence of smoking or pets in the trailer, the deposit will not be returned. Only use RV-approved toilet paper in the toilet or dispose of toilet paper in a trash bag. Regular toilet paper will clog the toilet and the renter will be responsible for damages. $200.00... Mandatory cleaning fee must be added to every rental…trailer is cleaned before and after each rental… cleaning fee added prior to booking The gray and black water tanks must be cleaned prior to returning the trailer or a portion of the deposit will be used to clean the tanks. Please submit the requested time of pick up when submitting the request to confirm availability. DROP OFF TIME must be prior to 4:00 pm. If the travel trailer is not returned, an hourly rate of $15.00 per hour will be charged, unless delivery and pickup is scheduled.
