But if you get cold easily or have some favorite items, we recommend you bring them along. Due to the repair cost associated with power awning repairs, we do not allow use of the awning but we do provide a shade tent for your use. There is a Boss audio system with indoor/ outdoor speakers and Bluetooth/ Aux/ USB compatibility. Also, the tongue and stabilizer jacks are all power operated. Generator or small propane BBQ or propane campfire pit available as an optional upgrade. Due to Arizona’s drought period, the fire restrictions can be long, but these devices can be used even during the restrictions. We do allow pets for a $45 one-time fee with a 2-pet maximum.
