We will spend the time with you going over the operational process prior to your departure with it. We can also offer delivery and/or setup within close proximity of our location. Being private owners we are limited in resources to deliver to longer distances, however we are very flexible in pick-up and drop off times and provide parking for your vehicle, all at no extra charge. Features include a spacious master suite, with king bed and private bathroom. Additional sleeping includes a bunk area, drop down loft, dinette fold out and sofa fold out, all included to sleep 10. A beautiful living space provides great kitchen counter and storage space. A gas cooktop and convection microwave and a full SS side by side refrigerator freezer with water and ice maker. TV and plenty of seating This roomy motorhome features full bathrooms, one with a tub, 3 slides, automatic leveling Jacks, back up camera and 2 A/C units. Included in rental - silverware, pots and pans, plastic plates, cups & bowls, and many kitchen extras as well as a Keurig coffee maker. We provide dish soap as well as interior cleaning products, vacuum and swifter, interior and exterior garbage receptacles with bags. Propane grill, lawn chairs, small tables, screened tent and easy up shade tent and picnic table coverings. Also DVD's and games for additional entertainment. We will also provide bedding and towels at an additional charge or you can bring your own for free. Our motorhome is guaranteed to be exceptionally clean. We have made many memories camping. If your vehicle is not equipped with a trailer brake controller you can rent ours out as an add on. This RV includes 1 king size bed sheet and comforter, 2 king size pillows, RV safe toilet paper, 4 bath towels, coffee machine, coffee filters (just bring your favorite coffee) pots, pans, forks, knifes, and 2 propane tanks. We also offer a few additonal add ons: 4 outdoor camping chairs, 8x10 outdoor carpet, giant connect 4 game, cornhole, 9,400 watt generator and bluetooth brake control. ** If generator is added to your trip, renter is responsible for gas & gas can Our generator usage fee is $200, if more than 1 week of usage is needed, $100 per week will be applied. **Our delivery/set up fee is $2.75/mile with a minimum of $250 Max- 250 miles I offer delivery that works with my work schedule. I can either deliver before work Monday-Saturdays at 6:30am or after 6:30pm and Sundays anytime! -Pets are welcome but do NOT allow pets on furniture to prevent damages. Any damages will be deducted from security deposit. There is a $75 pet fee***** -NO SMOKING ALLOWED!
