This is a beautiful new camper that we are adding to our line up! This camper sleeps up to 7 people! A lot of bang for your buck here! There is a Murphy Queen bed that can fold up into a couch when not in use. We love this style bed because it frees up some floor space when not in use. If you want to keep it as a bed the whole time, feel free! There are double bunk beds in this camper too. They can sleep 2 children on each bed. There is a kitchen dinette that folds into a bed as well. This can also sleep up to 2 people. As stated, this camper can sleep 8 people, but we recommend not putting more than 6 in it. 8 would be a tight fit but is doable depending on the size of the campers. NO Smoking Allowed!!!!! If you smoke in the camper, an additional charge of $100 will be assessed after return! Again, NO Smoking Allowed!!! Other things to note NO SMOKING ALLOWED!!!!! 2019 Autumn Ridge. Bought brand new and only used for work. Smoke-free. Great condition and great for a family getaway or couples retreat. Will be set up and taken down so that all you have to do is arrive and enjoy. Can sleep 10 if you fold out the couch and turn the dining table into a bed also. The bunkhouse sleeps 4 kids comfortably.
2020 keystone cougar bunkhouse, sleeps 6 comfortably, but can sleep more, full size shower, outdoor kitchen area, with lots of storage, very clean camper and is well taken care of

Also has a half bath with sink and toilet. 2nd bed room with 3 twin bunks and also large leather couch that folds out into an over size twin bed. 2 slide outs ensuring a spacious interior. Storage underneath Camper. 1 large awning provide excellent outdoor living space! Outdoor kitchen with sink, gas grill, and small fridge. Excellent air conditioner and heater keeps temperature comfortable no matter what the conditions are outside. RV sleeps 8 comfortably. Has tankless water heater! All clean lining is included. Hope you enjoy! Includes clean linens, towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, kitchen utensils with pots and pans.
This is a family-size camper. It is very comfortable and spacious. It was our home away from home for years. Now we are home full-time and barely use it. We want to share it with you so you can enjoy camping life comfortably. Some of my favorite things about my camper are: the raised ceilings the full-size refrigerator the stackable washer and dryer the full-size shower the expandable kitchen table the easy to clean leather furniture the built-in vacuum system. Some other nice things about it are it has a loft for one person or two kids. Two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has a futon bed. The living room has a pullout full mattress couch. The camper is packed and ready for use! Just bring yourself. NO PETS! NO SMOKING INSIDE!
Our 2021 wild wood is Comfy & cozy, easy to haul. 5 beds Sleeps 6 comfortably up to 8. Great for getaway weekends up to 1 month stay. Almost 3 years old and still has the “new” smell. Plenty of room to move around, large fridge and freezer to pack all your goodies. Plenty of storage and we offer “Fully Stocked” add on to take away the stress of packing
This new travel trailer is such a nice and comfortable stay. We enjoyed cooking on the outdoor grill. The small fridge is great for drinks. The inside has everything we need and more. We also enjoyed hanging out under the awning. In our chairs by the table talking with people at the camp grounds. Plenty of storage space.
Come check out our spacious jayco jay flight. It’s 29’ on the inside with bunk beds in the back and a queen bed at the front. The dinette converts into a bed as well as the couch. It has all the amenities a traditional camper would. There is a 32” tv in the living area that is mounted on a pull out swivel mount. I deliver on the Mississippi gulf coast. No off road travels or out of country locations permitted. 4. No walking, sitting, standing, or lounging on top of the roof. 5. NO-Pets allowed, any evidence will be subject to a $1000 "additional" fee. 6. ONLY use biodegradable, RV and marine type bath tissue that we supply or that you have. 7. Ensure all doors, cabinets and drawers are closed and locked before driving RV (this includes all undercarriage compartments, refrigerator, overhead vents in hallway and bathroom, bathroom doors, master bedroom door, etc.) to avoid damage while the RV is in motion. 8. Refuel Policy: RV should be returned with (at least) the same amount of gas provided at pick up, or renters will be subject to $50 refuel fee plus actual fuel cost. 9. Dumping Policy: Renter is responsible for emptying both gray and black (septic) tanks before returning RV to owner. Failure to do so will result in a $199 dumping fee. Empty Black first, then Grey, then flush out tanks. 10. Towing Policy: Please let us know in advance if you plan to tow anything behind the RV during the rental period. You must bring your own flat-towing equipment and tow weight must not exceed 5,000 lbs. Renter must bring all other compatible equipment to tow their personal vehicle and it is required that you have a braking system installed in your towed vehicle. We keep the hitches locked at all times to prevent misuse. We charge a flat $200 tow fee. 11. Appliances: The A/C, slide-out(s), generator, awning, radio, microwave, stove, oven, television, etc. are convenience items. If any malfunctions should occur with any of these items, NO compensation will be made to you. For assistance, you are advised to consult the informational material in the RV or contact us. 12. RV Content: Renters agree to return the RV with all original contents in place to include any and all convenience items, inventory items, and any optional items requested in this rental agreement. When renters are away from RV, all doors including undercarriage should remain locked to prevent theft and overhead vents in bathroom and hallway should be closed to prevent water damage in the event of rain. Awning should not be opened during strong winds or while away from RV to prevent damage. If any inventory items are damaged or missing at the time of the delivery, renter risks forfeiture of some or all of the security deposit, at the owner’s discretion. 13. There will be no refunds for early returns. Please inform us in advance if you plan to return early or if you are running late. Any drop-off after 11am CST will result in additional charges per number 15 below. It is inadequate to perform drop-off inspections in the dark as it does not allow for a proper visual inspection. Please plan your travel accordingly to meet pick-up and drop-off times. 14. Extending Rental Dates. You are responsible for reviewing this Agreement to ensure that all rentals costs and rental dates are correct. If you wish to extend the rental period, you must call us for approval. If you do not return at the scheduled drop-off time on the scheduled Rental Period End Date and you have not called us for approval to extend the rental period, you will be charged additional rental day(s), and any inconvenience fees incurred by the next renter. Please remember that our units are usually booked by other families picking up as quickly as the next day. 15. Late fee of $125 for up to 5pm on scheduled return day. Returns after 5pm will be an additional night’s charge in addition to the $125 late fee. All late returns are subject to owner availability. 16. By taking possession of this rental you agree that you were given the full walk-through of the RV and have found that everything with the vehicle is found to be acceptable, is as advertised, and in proper working order. You also agree that the services you purchased are considered rendered upon your pre-departure inspection of the vehicle, signing of this contract, and leaving with the vehicle to start your reserved rental dates.
