If you want to be in a big luxurious camper and living the glamping lifestyle then this is not the RV that you want. We’re sending out our RV with a pot and pan, some cooking utensils, dishes, cups, coffee cups, coffee pot, microwave, four camping chairs, camping rug, two flashlights, linen, small table, and small refrigerator. This little unit has features found in large units: -A/C and Heat (110v necessary for A/C) -Kitchenette W/ Refrigerator, 2 Burner Stove, Sink and Microwave (110v necessary for Microwave) -Bluetooth Stereo with indoor and outdoor speakers. -19" TV (110v necessary) -Hot and Cold water for cooking, cleaning and using the shower. -Shower is on outside of camper. (Popup shower enclosure provided) -Large Outdoor Rug & 10'x10' canopy are provided ***The only thing it does NOT have is a toilet*** -We DO NOT provide linens, pillows, etc. You can rent a set of sheets for $5.00 -Upon request we provide a small charcoal grill. -We also have a 22" Blackstone griddle available for rent $25/night or flat $75 for anything over 3 nights. The A/C and Microwave require 110V regular electric provided by a Std. or 30A electrical connection wherever you're going to be or a generator (Not included w/ rental) Trailer is easily towed by any vehicle with a 2” receiver and 7-pin connector. An adjustable hitch to accommodate for different vehicles is provided (no cost). We offer delivery close to our location. Just send a message to see if we can deliver where you're going. If we are delivering to an event and are delayed for longer than 1/2hr from the time we arrive. A Fee of $50 for every half hour will be charged at the end of the rental period. If there are no delays for dropping off or picking up, no fees will be added.

While we do not recommend or support long-term boon-docking for your safety and comfort; It does have a built in generator, batteries and solar. You can hook up at any RV specific site or simply “dry camp” for a short period of time, and enjoy all the same comforts. We recommend going anywhere in Asheville/Boone (especially in the fall.) Some other desirable spots are Pisgah, Nantahala and the Outer Banks. As we have done ourselves, we ultimately recommend that you check out the app 'Hipcamp' for the best camping recommendations in your area. Other things to note: Delivery available for an additional charge. Please inquire for more information. Airport pickup from Charlotte Douglas International Airport is available upon request for an additional charge. We do not allow smoking within the unit or directly outside of the unit under any circumstances. No festivals, please. We do allow pets, tailgating, and fun! Our prep fee ensures that when you pick it up; it will be fully sanitized, stocked with snacks, have a full gas tank, have a full propane tank, have clean linens and packed with any add-ons that you have requested. We'd love for you, your family and friends (rides 4, sleeps 5) to have that experience too! Ms. Betsy has been recently renovated with all new furniture, leather, flooring, kitchen/bathroom/ shower upgrades, and more! We've spent thousands in quality of life and leisure upgrades! If you're familiar with operating an RV or have very minimal experience, we'll do our best to accommodate you! This RV would be PERFECT for the following parties: 1. 1-3 singles 2. 1-2 couples 3. 1 single/1 couple, up to 2-3 children Rides 4 (seatbelts), sleeps 5 (1 Queen bedroom, 1 pullout couch, 1 twin framed air mattress) This RV would NOT be a great fit for the following parties: 1.
