The murphy bed is a bonus, because you still have couch space in a small trailer, and it converts to a queen bed. Wide bunks in the back can sleep 2 adults on the bottom and 2 kids on top. Our table sits 4 and converts into a small bed as well. Fully stocked with dishes, silverware, cookware, large bowls for mixing or food prep, cutting board, knives, bottle openers, coffee machine, outside camp grill, wheel chocks, leveling blocks, and more! If there’s something we missed, just ask! This is a great RV for weekend getaways with the family. It comes ready to get on the road and enjoy your time away from him. Wether dry camping or having full hookups you can make any trip a successful one.

Jayco bunkhouse perfect for your family camping trip. This camper has 2 a/c units to help beat the Texas heat. Interior extras include all bedding and pillows, pots and pans, cooking utensils, cups, plates, bowls, silverware, trash can and bags, basic cleaning supplies. We also offer wash rags, towels, and a hamper. We have coffee maker. The entertainment center has a 50” Smart TV with a digital antenna and is also prewired for cable if the location you are going to has cable hookups. Or if you have internet where you are going, log into your favorite streaming service. There is also a 32” smart TV in the master bedroom that is mounted on the wall with a quick disconnect. This same TV can be mounted on the outside of the RV as well. Exterior extras include RV levelers, all plumbing hoses and connections (with gloves), freshwater hose with filters and pressure regulators. The propane bottles have a line ran to the back (with a quick connect) of the RV where the outside kitchen is located, we provide a cooking grill with table that attached directly to the RV. There is also a mini fridge and sink. Some extras you won’t think about but will want. This is a 50amp RV (we also have a 30amp converter) because we have added an additional AC to the system. That’s enough to keep you cool during the hot summers. The longer you book the more you save. We offer discounts for extended bookings of 7 and 30 days. Message me if you are looking for an extended booking and we can try and work something out! The only thing you will need is a brake controller for your vehicle. If your truck or SUV isn’t equipped with one we have a Curt Echo Wireless trailer brake that can be added to the rental for a $20 per trip fee. If you have any questions at all, please feel free to message and we will answer any questions you have. RV pickup and drop off times Monday-Thursday will need to be after 3-4PM. RV Pickup drop off times Friday-Sunday are open, we can find a time that is suitable. We are also pet friendly. So bring along your pets along for the ride. Both black and grey tanks need to be emptied prior to return or a $150 fee will be charged-No exceptions Propane tanks will be full upon rental and need to be returned full or $35 propane fee will be charged.

Rear bathroom has outdoor access so people dont have to go through the interior to get to a bathroom if they are dirty, sandy etc. This new trailer has 2 awnings, LED awning and cap lights , and outdoor speakers for amazing out door comfort while hanging at the campground. Continuous on-demand hot water heater so the whole family can get showers in without waiting between. Triple air conditioner units to stay cool even on the hottest ( and humid Texas !) summer days ! Washer and Dryer in a closet for laundry so you don't have to use the public machines or walk to check if your clothes are done. For longer term rentals message us for special mid-long term rates!! Trailer also has optional StarLink high speed internet and router which can be included at extra charge, but will only be activated for longer term rentals. This will allow the smart TV’s to stream shows if the RV park has no wifi. This would also allow for general internet connection for phones, tablets, games, etc. Starlink service will need to be negotiated with each rental if interested.
