For an additional fee, we offer drop-off and pickup at a nearby I-81 access point—making your trip even more seamless, especially if you’re passing through or flying in. Your rental includes: A basic adult sized camp chair for each occupant. Mat for your campsite Fresh linens: Sheets and pillows for the three beds, bath towels and wash clothes, and dish towels. Kitchen basics: Pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, utensils Coffee maker with filters or Keurig. Basic spices (salt, pepper, and a few essentials to get you started) Pull out sofa listed is a jack knife sofa that sleeps one. It does not sleep two. Although a cleaning fee is charged, the trailer must be returned clean. This fee is for linens, towels, a tank of propane (at least 3/4 full), sterilizing and prepping the trailer for your use. An additional fee of $100 will be charged if unit is not clean upon return. NO SMOKING OR PETS - Any evidence of either will forfeit entire security deposit. Dump fee - $100 fee charged if both holding tanks are not completely empty. $50 fee if both tanks are not clean.
