This size of trailer is very popular as it doesn't require a huge truck to tow, and it's very easy to learn on. However, please note that many SUVs and hybrid vehicles may not be suitable for towing a trailer of this size, so please do your own research. You will need to have a tow package on your vehicle and you will need to use our trailer hitch to put into your receiver, as it is specific to the trailer with sway bars. We do not supply a brake controller for your vehicle. Please see the pictures in the listing of the hitch and the 7-pin connector so you can determine if they match up to your tow package. This is a very clean and nice travel trailer with some after-market and added amenities. This will sleep 6 people and is very easy to hook up and tow. The trailer jack but has been upgraded from manual (hand crank) to a power jack at the hitch. People with dog or cat allergies, please be aware that this rig is Pet Friendly. It was briefly used for dog shows before we upgraded to a larger RV and is rented by pet lovers. The RV is thoroughly cleaned between trips with an ozone machine to limit or eliminate allergens. If you’re interested in using for dog shows, trade shows, or something more long-term, let’s talk! This would be a great opportunity for someone that wants to get started in traveling with an RV but doesn’t want to commit yet to an RV loan payment. Inside there’s a queen bed with some storage underneath. The dinette breaks down to sleep 2 and there are 2 single bunks in the back corner. Linens, pillows, and comforter provided for the queen bed. The bunks are an odd size - twin long - we provide queen sheets that can be pulled around the bunk pad, pillows and comforters. Towels provided. The bathroom has a shower with a tall ceiling and moon roof comfortable for taller people. The kitchen has a 2-burner propane stovetop and a medium sized fridge with small freezer within. There is a microwave. A Keurig (single use) is included. Kitchen supplies include paper plates, cups with covers for coffee or tea, plastic utensils, cutting board, can opener, tea kettle, pots and pans, microwave popcorn popper, measuring cups/spoons, cutting knife, and a small collection of cooking utensils. An onboard propane tank supplies the propane stove and heats the water. There’s a small electric air conditioner that can run off of 30amp and regular 110v. The heater is also electric and is visually appealing - you can change the color to set the mood inside. PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU ARE NOT HOOKING UP TO SHORE POWER (30AMP OR 110V) YOU WILL NEED A GENERATOR TO RUN THE A/C AND HEATER. Outside there is an automatic awning. You will need to take care to bring the awning in if there is wind blowing. If you plan to dry camp or boondock, please note that there is NO ONBOARD GENERATOR. You will need to bring one or one can be provided for a daily fee. If we provide you a generator, you agree to keep it locked to or in the RV when it's not in use. A cable lock is provided for that purpose. Included is a water hose for adding fresh water or hooking up to city water, hand water pump for adding fresh water from a bottle or 5-gallon tank in case you run out while boondocking. Also provided is a sewer hose for dumping, extra wood blocks for leveling purposes, wheel chalks, and a small tool kit.
