Equipped with Gas Furnace and Water Heater (6 gallons is propane/ Electric. Bedroom has an RV King bed with a built-in dog crate below. The toy hauler/bunk is 6 ft long x 7ft wide x 11 ft high and has 2 twin beds on the wall that fold down 28"x74" and 34 x 74" Option available to have the trailer delivered and set up at your campsite for a fee if you don't have a truck mixed with the experience of pulling up to 9000 lbs. Insurance required. Recommend drive through campsites if you are not experienced with backing up a trailerWhat's included fresh linens, 4 camping chairs, Blackstone Griddle, utensils and even some basic condiments are provided. Keurig cups are provided to get you going as well as septic friendly toilet paper and paper towel. I recommend you bring extra just in case. Delivery and pickup are provided for a fee. If you are off grid.. you.can rent a generator from me which works off of propane. You will need to bring propane for that or for 50.00 I can provide a bottle. If you run out, you will be responsible to go refill the bottle. The trailer is equipped with 2 propane bottles which need to either be refilled or you can prepay 50.00 per bottle refill fee. Other things to note Tour of the Outback 324cg (similar unit) VERY IMPORTANT Things yo know - If you do any damage that requires a trip to a RV dealership there will be a 25.00/hr fee for my time to manage the repair. if you are interested in booking and it requires a ferry crossing.. there will be additional fees associated with the costs of the ferry based on 4 crossings... depending on which ferry expect a minimum of 500.00.
