2022 Ameri-lite 197BH (Bunkhouse). We are excited to share our RV to help your family create long lasting memories. We are constantly trying to improve your experience and will be adding new things on a regular basis. It can be towed with an SUV since it weighs 3,663 lbs unloaded and 5,000 lbs fully loaded! It’s been in tow behind a Honda Pilot. Two kids can fit on each bed with room to spare. The murphy bed couch turns into a comfortable queen bed. The dinette table and benches turn into another full size bed. The shower/tub combo bathroom is great for little kiddo clean up. Provided: Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, wash cloths, bath towels, and hand towel. The exterior has storage and a power awning with light. Please do not extend awning in windy weather. Please be sure to double check there is clearance to open the awning- these can break fairly easily in windy weather. Kitchen has a 2 burner stove, kitchen sink, microwave and refrigerator. There is also a K cup coffee maker with the ability to use your own favorite coffee grounds. ****generator included for boon docking, dry camping or campsites without hook ups*** There is a TV and No DVD player. Family games: pinnacle, cards, six dice, banana grams, pad with pen and paper. A small kit to make s’mores…. Please bring your own s’more fixings! Bed Linen provided: Queen bed sleeps- 2 adults. Bunks sleep: 1 adult in each bunk or two smaller/little kids. Table bed sleeps- 1 adult(no linens provided for this bed). We would definitely recommend a campsite with full power, so you can run the AC, refrigerator and outlets. You can use the pull start generator to power everything as well; it’s easy to start. NO SMOKING allowed. Owner reserves the right to use Security Deposit for any damages. No Burning Man rentals. Ball Hitch can be provided for a small fee. Trailer must be returned as clean as it was at pick up, with Propane tanks refilled, and Black/Gray tanks emptied. If you are too partied out from all the memories you just created from your trip, you can pay a little extra and we will take care of it for you.
