It is very comfortable! The dinette sleeps 2, the sofa sleeps 1, the bunks sleep 2 smaller children, and the last bed sleeps 1 bigger child (smaller teen). The trailer is in great condition. Includes all you need to set up for a full hook up site. Ie…water hose (with a pressure regulator), sewer drain, power cable, propane tanks, hitch, and a few more odds and ins.
