On the road, this ACE is a pure pleasure! Stable, peppy, and fun to drive, it is very easy to get used to. You can cruise all day long in perfect comfort & your passengers enjoy a ride that is smoother & quieter than a class C. It is compact enough for comfortable driving in & around most cities. The windshield is massive providing amazing views from the road. The front bunk is electrically powered & can be raised or lowered at the touch of a switch. Outside, the features that you would expect to see on a larger class A motorhome are available – cavernous exterior storage compartments, including a rear pass-through. There is even a window at “pet level” so your pup can lie on the floor in front and enjoy the view. There is a roof air conditioner, a 4000-watt generator, auto-leveling jacks, back-up & side-mirrors camera system that is auto-viewed when reversing or using blinkers. Inside the vehicle there are comfy captain’s chairs, a sofa (non pullout) & dinette table & seating area that can become a bed. There is residential linoleum flooring for quick cleaning. It has a 14’ power awning that transforms the vehicle into a shady corner of paradise in the campground setting with a touch of a switch. The washroom has a sink, shower with a high quality showerhead and toilet. It has a large slide-out section, with a galley in the slide-out. Galley has a microwave, oven, 3 burner gas stove, sink with extra filtered water dispenser. The carpeted bedroom has 2x clothes cabinets, drawers, ottomans, TV, comfy queen sized bed w/ 4” memory foam & quilted topper for a great night sleep. There’s a quilted topper for the full size front bunk. There are 2x new Samsung TVs, loaded w/ apps & Airplay for wireless connection to phones, larger is a 40” 1080p hooked up with a Blu-ray player, Super Nintendo Classic, AirPlay, iPhone-cable connection. The bedroom TV is a 4K 32”. The dash head unit connects to 4 speakers in the RV & has a Bluetooth connection. What’s included/Add-ons RV will start with a full tank of gas, full tank of propane. There is fresh bedding, waterproof encased pillows, couch/bench/front seat covers. The mattresses are encased in waterproof covers and they have comfy mattress toppers for a good night sleep for all! I have an inflatable twin mattress that can go in the RV when the slide is out. I have 5x large comfy throws. There are plenty of towels, hand towels, washcloths. I have a toaster, air fryer, Keurig K-cup coffee maker, electric water kettle, small waffle maker, electric extra cooktop for outdoor cooking. I supply all needed utensils, knife set, lightweight dinnerware, cups, pots, pans, mixing bowls. There is a Dyson stick vacuum, cleaning supplies, Swiffer, door mats. There is shampoo, conditioner, body wash, RV toilet paper. There are games/board games (Monopoly, Clue, Risk, Uno, Poker set, large Cards Against Humanity set, Jenga, For camping ask me for what you would like! I have outdoor chairs, 2x higher quality chairs, wide-2-person chair, electric bug zapper, folding camping tables. For an extra charge you can rent: -TMobile 5G Home Internet. Unlimited data. Electric powered. Can be partnered with Portable Battery Generator Add-on for WIFI on the road and even have passengers stream and watch TV on the road by plugging TV into battery generator. The battery pack can be recharged with the supplied 2x folding solar panels or when connected to shore-power. This add-on is critical to save money on running generator/gas cost or using electric devices when at a site with no power hookup, or using while in motion. $75 per trip -Stand up paddleboard. Rules 100 miles per rental day included, extra mileage is $0.55/mile. 4 hours of generator use per rental day is allowed, excess hours will be charged at $7 per hour. No festivals. No smoking of any kind including vaping. No drugs. No perfumes. No pets on the couch or in the bedroom. It makes cleaning easier, keeps smells out and keeps furniture in good condition and a much easier turn around. Any missing or broken item will be billed at purchase cost price plus 50%. Must be returned with a full tank of gas and full propane with receipts from near by. Ask for recommendations on where to fill either. Mandatory pet rental fee of $100 per trip which covers detailed cleaning for any future pet allergic renters. Must be returned clean inside and out to avoid cleaning fees or you can just pay the fees if you don’t want to clean. Interior cleaning fee $150/exterior cleaning fee $150. I will take care of all linens/bedding. Please make sure to clean kitchen (oven, stovetop, microwave, counters, sink) washroom (toilet, floor, shower and floor, sink, counters) and floors. I supply for cleaning long-reaching-pole attached brushes, soap, buckets, water hose connection, cleaning supplies, cleaning towels, rags. There is a provided dash cam which I highly recommend using in case you get in an accident for evidence given how often people cut off large vehicles and brake suddenly. Feel free to delete any footage prior to returning the RV. Pickup time is 3pm. Drop off time is 9am.
