Rotate the front seats and enjoy seating for 4 around a table for games or food or, if necessary, a temporary workstation. If you are like us, you will love this van for its versatility. This van is equipped for electrical and water hookups allowing for extra appliances or warm water for an indoor or outdoor shower. Boondocking? You are set with solar and AGM batteries! Feel like a jaunt into town? This van is not cumbersome like an RV. You are free to drive into town and park in a normal size parking spot and dine, visit shops or enjoy the local faire. Special requests? Just ask — we’re happy to accommodate. We’ve put these rules in place to keep you safe and to help us maintain the van in great shape for the next adventurers. Thank you for treating it as if it were your own That agreement includes the following: Mandatory walkthrough at pickup, Valid driver’s license required, Renter responsible for checking clearance height, Renter responsible for proper use of van and pop top, required use of surge protector & water pressure regulator when plugging in (those are provided) Renter responsible for monitoring battery levels. Do not run high-draw appliances unless connected to shore power Prohibited Activities: No smoking. No Pets No towing anything No roof access. No off-roading or driving on unmaintained roads. No burning candles inside. No shoes on beds or seats No subleasing or third-party use No drive thru or parking garages Other things to note: Gorge and local festivals, concerts and sporting events are ok, NO burning man festival * No towing. *The van is not made to climb extreme hills/steep roads No one way trips without pre-approval Interior damage (e.g., upholstery stains, burns) will result in the fee of the cost to repair the damage. No cross-border travel ( Canada/Mexico ) Renter responsible for refueling vehicle and propane upon return to full. (choose the add on for us to take care of this for you) If a guest puts the wrong fuel into the van, they will be subject to a fee of up to $10,000.00. No refund on early return of van, Late return will result in fee of $ 500 unless otherwise agreed upon, Van must be returned clean and tidy or extra cleaning fee of $100 will be charged to card on file If cassette toilet is not dumped before return a fee of $100 will be charged to the card on file- (choose add on and we will take care of this for you) If the customer chooses to leave their personal car near the van’s designated parking place, Van owner will not be liable for any damage, theft, or anything else regarding their vehicle The customer agrees to cover all charges related to toll/bridge fees and traffic violations
