2020 Ram Promaster Camper Van. Sleeps 2, seats 4 with seatbelts, Beautiful, "not quite finished" conversion van, full size bed with skylight, lots of storage under bed, 12 volt refrigerator, Maxxaire deluxe fan with remote, plus drawers full of everything you need. "Not quite finished" means that the stove top is not operational yet, but a camp stove is provided, the sink is not yet operational, bring water and do dishes "camping style", the heating system is not yet operational, so a "Little Buddy" propane heater is provided for heating the living space (crack a window for ventilation), the microwave works when plugged in via the supplied extension cord. Here's a list of what is included: Ice chest, camp stove, pots, pan, lids, spatulas, large spoons and other cooking utensils, cheese grater, knives, cutting board, hot pads, trivets, dishes, bowls, cups, silverware, sponges, dish soap, hand soap, cleaning spray, dish towels, bath/beach towels, camp chairs, outdoor patio mat, "Little Buddy" heater, sheets, quilt, blanket, 4 pillows, 2 hammocks, tree straps, battery powered lantern, first aid kit. There is usually some propane left over for the camp stove and heater to get you started, but you may need to buy more during your trip. -If you decide to use the porta-potty in the van, you are responsible for emptying and cleaning it before returning the van. Extra charges will be applied if the toilet is not empty and clean when returned. -Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside of the van Extra charges will be applied if smoking or vaping has occurred inside of the van. - We love pets and they are welcome in the van. A pet fee of $10 per night is required. Any extra cleanup from pet messes will be deducted from the security deposit.
