She is easy to drive, fairly easy to park (back up camera helps) everything works great. Grab your bag of clothes and outdoor necessities, pull up to the grocery store, liquor store, or whatever you fancy, and load her up for your adventure. Everything else essential included. It’s like a small apartment on wheels! Save on hotel stays and constant restaurant visits Included; Linens for 4 people to sleep - double bed in back. Double bed above cab. Dinette table can convert into twin bed Towels Kitchen essentials Spices for cooking Cleaning supplies BBQ Side notes Gas - tank comes filled and is to be filled upon return Propane tank refill - included in rental fee Septic - ideally customer empties septic. Hello! ***Please note, this van is located in Canmore. A bus service runs from YYC to Canmore every hour*** We have a really nice pop top Chevrolet westfalia conversion van. She's ready to take on your Western Canada and American dream road trip. Fully equipped for off grid living, solar, propane, water. All fitted to live on the road. Lots of camping gear included also, chairs, tables.. etc. A bike rack can be included for extra, it has 4X seatbelts but only sleeps 2X inside. This trailer is great set up for a family of 4-6 people. It’s pet friendly(upon approval). Non smoking trailer. The single slide out provides for extra interior space. The layout provides rear bunk beds, rear bathroom with shower/bath tub, and at the front there is a queen size bed with wall to separate from living space. The living area has a dinette and couch facing the entertainment wall. It provides a full kitchen with fridge/freezer, double sink, oven, stove and microwave. Hello! I am a 28 foot 2023 Grand Design Imagine 2800 Bunk House. I am extremely comfortable for a couple and great for a family up to or 6-8 too. The manufacturer will tell you it sleeps 10, but it’s more realistically a family of 5 or 6. With a single large slide, I’m big enough to accommodate an entire family on a rainy day, but still cozy enough to enjoy some comfortable time away. I have a full separate front bedroom with an upgraded residential Queen-sized bed which is separated from the rest of the space by a large solid sliding door, and a separate exterior entry. There is two oversized (double) bunks in the rear and a u-shaped dinette that can also be converted in seconds into a double bed, good for adults or children. A comfortable sofa also folds down into another double bed. I have a large sized internal bathroom with a separate shower to ensure you enjoy a shower like home should you want. The bathroom has a real porcelain toilet, linen storage, medicine cabinet and sink. I have a well equipped full size kitchen with a gas stove and oven, microwave, full sized 10.0 cu.ft.(!) fridge and freezer, ample pantry storage, stainless steel faucet, and of course a large bowl stainless kitchen sink. I will be stocked with toilet paper and paper towel. Only certain TP’s can be flushed down my drain so please leave the TP selection to us. We will ensure you have enough for your stay. My kitchen is stocked with almost everything you could need for cooking both inside the trailer or outside and I come equipped with a French Press, a stove top espresso maker, and a classic enamel percolator to provide the perfect coffee setup for your campsite mornings. There is a separate outdoor ‘kitchen’ with a stovetop, a hookup for a portable gas BBQ (not included), and a small fridge to the rear. In some of my hidden compartments you will find outdoor chairs, an axe for cutting firewood, a picnic table cloth, candle holders, and some other items for turning your campground into a home. If you rent me, my owners will give you a full run down of where to find everything you will need for a fun and safe trip as well as how to hook and set me up. They will also be available to you 24/7 in case of any emergencies or if you have any questions. You will need a vehicle that can tow up to 7,600 pounds as that is how much I weigh when I am full of gas and water. You should also have towing experience. I am a very loved trailer, well maintained, very clean and so comfortable you will not want your time with me to be over. I’m professionally cleaned and sanitized after each rental, so you can camp with comfort knowing that all COVID precautions have been taken. If you need an earlier pickup, rent the prior night as well; and if you need a late return, rent the following night also.
