It also has an outdoor shower for more convenience and to keep the inside clean. Inside it has a fully equipped kitchen with a 3 burner stove, microwave, oven, refrigerator and freezer. Water heater and Fridge/Freezer work by propane or electricity if hooked up to power. Trailer has two 30lbs propane tanks, 42 gallons fresh water tank, 4 stabilizing jacks, tire blocks, comes with all electrical, water and sewer connections, weight distribution hitch is also included in rental. Portable Brake controller is available for rent. Trailer requires a 7-pin wiring. This trailer has a super unique floor plan that allows for an awesome front living room while providing an excellent sized loft for kids above the rear main bedroom by utilizing a unique rear drop frame. The front room also has 2 fold out queen beds that allows the trailer to easily sleep 8 with a maximum of 10. The main door (passenger side) has great access to the upgraded residential fridge with the slides in while the unique second door (drivers side) has access to the bathroom and loft.
