    Miscommunication, be sure to ask for sewage hose. Very clean and well stocked. Would rent again

    apologies for the miscommunication on the sewer hose, because you had prepaid for us to empty the septic tank typically only people do that if they do not have sewer services at their site so we did not think you would require it.Thanks again for leaving the Trailer super clean. Glad it worked out for you In all other aspects.

    We had trailers for years & kept them all extremely clean & fully functional with great proper sized batteries & a very quiet generator & no mice issues. Our portable bbq always checked & worked perfectly👍🏻 So I was a little disappointed with the trailer we booked / not fully loaded as advertised & Crystal was a little brittle with communication! This was not given to us - we paid a fair sized rental for it so complaints received earlier from her regarding previous customers who didn’t know how to use generator, etc were very uncalled for! Don’t forget - they are making good $ on this old, poor quality trailer!
