The perfect home away from home with a full sized queen bed, double bunks in the back along with a couch that converts into a full length twin and a kitchen bench conversion. Large slide makes it extra spacious! Equipped with a full kitchen and microwave and a 12V batteries. Outdoor kitchen, BBQ and sink to keep the family and mess outside. Kitchen table can be relocated for convenience. You will need a campsite that is a minimum of 25ft WIDE X 30ft long as the slide is quite large. If you have no to little experience with a trailer we highly recommend a pull through campsite if possible. A minimum of a 1/2 ton truck is needed to pulled this trailer. We have a Anderson Hitch and sway bars included but if your truck is lifted you may lose the sway bars as they aren't typically long enough. Electric Jack and Awning. Indoor and outdoor shower with second door to bathroom to avoid excess traffic through trailer as well as access bathroom during travel. Chairs, dishes, cookware and toilet paper are provided. Bedding, towels and all other consumables (paper towel, condiments, soap) are the renters responsibility. For an extra $20 (charged by rvezy to cover the extra night of insurance) pick-up the evening prior may be available so you can pack up and be ready to roll first thing- based on availability and not garanteed. Pick up would not be before 7pm. Trailer pick up is at our home located in the SW quadrant of the city (woodbine) or occasionally at the storage facility Diamond Acres RV storage on 22x just west of the city on the way to Bragg creek. Delivery to anything within 100km of Calgary will be considered.
