Easy on 1/2 ton and can be towed with a large SUV. Dry weight is 3,075 lbs and max weight is 3,950 lbs. Queen size bed, 2 bunks in the back and table folds down to a bed. Can sleep 5 but 3-4 is more comfortable. This rental is pet friendly, however must be returned in the condition it was taken in (i.e. all pet hair/mess cleaned up) or additional money may be deducted from your damage deposit. Power awning with LED exterior lighting and outdoor speakers. Storage access from the outside. For optimal convenience, add the bedding & linens add on to have the beds made up for you with comfortable and cozy bedding! Then all you need to bring is your food! Included: Dining and cooking utensils Cleaning supplies Levelling blocks Camp chairs Outdoor table Ground mat Extra: Linens (bedding & towels) - $50 Bring it back full and we empty the grey, black and water tanks for you - $40 Pick up/drop off times to be discussed/arranged around owner's weekday work schedule. This 2018 cougar model is in pristine condition and is sure to wow any future campers. It features a king size walk around bed with ample storage and sliding door for privacy. In main living area you will find a u-shaped dinette that also doubles as a bed for two. The kitchen also has a full sized fridge/freezer with gas stove and oven. You will find hard topped counter tops with prep space and cabinets. Walking to the back of the trailer you will find double bunkbeds with pass through storage underneath. The bathroom holds a full size tub/shower combo with room to move freely and store everything you might need. Outside the trailer has another fridge, built in BBQ and outdoor shower.

This is my 21' foot trailer that is perfect for hunting or camping in a remote area and don't want to use a tent. has inverter with 2 110 outlets, heater and sleeps 5 people comfortable.
This Jayco RV is still brand new. It has 7 appliances available for use. Fridge Freezer inside, 2nd small Fridge Outside, Microwave, Stove & Oven, Toaster Oven, Ice Maker, AC unit and radio. Unit has an open space concept which provides more space for the family & guests. There is a Queen size bed in the front. This room includes a blackout curtain which provides privacy from the rest of the RV. It is next to the bathroom with a door attaching it. The bathroom is in the middle layout & has a toilet, small sink and stand up shower. The back part of the RV includes the kitchen & living area. The Kitchen Table with bench seats is where the only slideout is. This also turns into a bed for 2 people. The couch located at the very back lays down into the 3rd & final bed for 2 people. All windows have blackout blinds. AC is built in & can be turned on easily. The furnace runs on propane for the heat. There are 2 full 20lb propane bottles provided. The RV does come with an awning as well for the shade. The unit will come provided with the base standard equipment that came with it when purchased for set-up/rig out of the RV.
