It is equipped with a BBQ for outdoor lunches and suppers under the awning. This unique gem of a trailer sleeps 9 (or 10 people with 4 in the bunkroom). We provide the bedding, pillows, bath towels and facecloths. It has an outdoor shower for beach trips, washer-toss boxes for game night, and camp chairs! Great for families, groups, or even just one or two couples. Enjoy nature, a festival, business gathering, wedding, or whatever suits your fancy! Chez Coach Brown Sunseeker is definitely a winner. We purchased it because it met all of our requirements and personal needs. Therefore, we believe it will meet yours. Chez Coach Brown Sunseeker seats and sleeps 8 persons. The main bedroom is in the back with lots cabinets and drawers for personal stuff and 2 night stands on both sides of a queen sized bed. It features bunk beds for the kids near the bathroom and a TV to entertain them. One of those beds folds into a sofa with seatbelts. That way they will be entertained while you're driving. The kitchen is fully equipped with a decent size refrigerator(electicity), 3 top burner(propane) and multi-function microwave/oven(electicity). The diningroom and livingroom are as shown in the pictures. They turn into extra beds if the overhead queen size bed is not enough. One thing you will not lack is storage because there are so many drawers and cabinets including side to side storage underneath. There is a generator onboard and we offer 5 hours per day for free and a small fee for extra hours. There is also a solar panel that will charge the batteries. It will be your responsibility to empty the tanks (gray and black water). However, we can take care of it for you for a small convenience fee. It is also your responsibility to fill the gas tank to the same level but we won't mind doing this for you for a small convenience fee. We could also deliver, prepare and hook everything up for you at your chosen/preferred campground for a small fee. And if you choose to drive it, there are 3 cameras (back, left and right) to help you. It drives like a truck

This caravan comes packed with everything you need to enjoy life on the road: linens, pillows, camping chairs, outdoor barbecue, camping mat, outdoor shower, etc. I offer unlimited miles on every rental so you can go anywhere! It's super easy to use all the features inside and outside of this unit - perfect for first-time RVers. It's an awesome brand new trailer waiting to be taken on adventures. It is well equipped but not like a cadillac, but pretty close. has tons of storage, out door mini fridge for some easily accessible brewskis, propane hookup in the rear to hook up a BBQ. Indoor and outdoor Bluetooth speakers, and showers. Electric awning with LED lights. She's all set for a good time! Trailer sleeps 4 adults comfortably, can fit additional sleeping set ups on the ground of the trailer if needed. Trailer comes completely empty, you would be responsible for everything you would need or want (blankets, pots & pans, cleaning stuff, etc..) No need to worry about propane consumption. Only rule is no smoking cigarettes inside trailer, around it is acceptable. Weed and vape are fine inside as long as a window is open nearby.
