A $100 Black tank maintenance Fee will be charged if anything located in black tank causing clogging. No climbing on top of trailer. -Do not lean or attach anything to trailer. (Tables, bbq, bikes etc.) Any damages that occur because of these actions is the responsibility of the renter. Be vigilant of weather conditions when using awning. If there is gusts of wind, it is not advised to have awning out. Any damage cost that occur to awning during trip is the responsibility of the renter. Leave trailer in same condition you received it. At 38' it provides lots of space and with the three slides out it's like an apartment. Couch converts to a bed, comfy recliners and even an electric fireplace. Large fridge/freezer and convenient bathroom with large shower. It even has a washer and dryer! If you're wanting to be off grid, it's equipped with 1200w of solar panels and a total of 600ah lithium batteries, it'll keep the lights on when there's no electricity available. **I'm sorry, we no longer rent on the beach at Pismo Dunes anymore** We are happy to deliver to any of the wonderful Pismo Beach area campgrounds still but it's just too much for the sand.

Our “Wolf” has all the amenities you need for your adventure get away! (This trailer is only available for drop off, not towable) Sorry no pets allowed in the trailer. No smoking in the trailer. Big screen TV above the electric fireplace to snuggle and watch your favorite movies or you can choose to sit outside, roast marshmallows and watch movies under the stars! Our Wolf has a master bedroom with a queen bed and a separate room that provides some privacy. The sofa also converts to a bed that sleeps two. Our place has awesome blue LED lights inside and out which makes it unique from all the other RVs. The kitchen has a 3 burner stove, oven, microwave and is fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans. You can also enjoy grilling outside with a Weber Q propane grill and having the convenience of grabbing your favorite drink from the outside mini fridge. The bunk is perfect for smaller family member and has plug-ins for their devices, small built-in shelves and a window. The living space features two slide-outs, a four seater dining table, two electric reclining chairs, a pullout queen couch, a tv with storage above and behind the tv, an electric fireplace, and pop-up electric outlets throughout. The sound system includes options for surround sound/stereo in multiple zones including outside the unit. The kitchen includes two sided sink, pull-out trash bin, full-sized fridge, stovetop/oven combo and a large pantry. Just off the kitchen is the office. This room is perfect to convert into a play area for little kids or a quiet zone. All windows have day time and full blackout shades. Exterior includes a sink grill top mini fridge combo, huge storage, electric hydraulic jack system, outdoor shower hookup, two black tanks, two gas tanks and two large awnings.
