We do all the towing, hook ups, leveling, stocking, prepping, set up and break down to allow you to sit back, relax and enjoy your stay. During your stay you will enjoy complimentary coffee, coffee pot, tea, plush bathroom towels and soft sheets and pillows. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to whip up a delicious meal including a dual burner gas range, toaster oven, microwave, cooking accessories, dining sets and utensils. The light and bright bathroom has two skylights, unlimited hot water thanks to a tankless hot water heater and a handheld, adjustable shower head. Included is a queen sized memory foam mattress, twin sized mattress (dining converts to bed), dining area, smart TV with Amazon Fire Stick, stereo with built in speakers, USB port and bluetooth, lots of storage space including a full closet for hanging clothes or storing your gear, fully functional kitchen and an indoor bathroom with unlimited hot water. Enjoy the great outdoors under the generous awning in our outdoor lounge chairs. Under the awning you will find speakers to listen to your favorite tunes, an outdoor power outlet, lights and an outdoor rug. ✓ Small and medium sized dogs (under 30 pounds) are allowed which are: well behaved, don't chew, free of fleas and ticks, not excessive shedders, house broken and freshly bathed immediately before your stay. Dogs are not to be left in the RV unattended for any reason. Pet fee is for one pet. A second pet may be approved with a second pet fee. ✓ Festival Goers will incur an increased nightly rental rate. 2023 Heartland Pioneer 25ft camper ready to make fun memories and be able to enjoy your camping trip with minimal hassle. I provide everything needed for your trip with the camper. All linens and pillows are supplied for the beds as well as the towels for the bathroom. I have the camper kitchen stocked with most necessities you would want such as: pots, pans, plates, bowls, cutlery, cooking utensils, K-Cup single serve coffee maker, coffee mugs, air fryer, crockpot, and mini waffle & pancake maker. I supply the septic safe toilet paper for the camper as well. I also have a smart tv installed in the living room area and another installed in the main bedroom. There are some campgrounds with poor cell service so I do have one dvd player and a assortment of DVDs just in case. I also include the outdoor necessities such as: outdoor rug, chairs, and table.

The Dinette breaks down into an extra bed if needed for additional room. All bedding is provided and pillows but feel free to bring your own. There is a very comfortable loveseat with massaging and heated seats that faces the TV to relax in and unwind. Enjoy a movie or your favorite show with one of our (2) 32” Roku Smart TV’s, one in the living room and one in the bedroom, they are not linked so you can choose to watch something different on each. The camper comes fully equipped with everything you need for your time away. Full set of dishes, cups and silverware for 6. Pots and pans with cooking utensils to make your favorite campsite cuisine. We also offer a coffee maker and mugs to enjoy your favorite morning brew. In the bathroom we have plenty of towels and wash cloths, you can bring your own soap or you can request some be provided if you are unable. We also stock enough RV safe toilet paper to last throughout your stay. Moving to the outside of the camper we include (4) camping chairs, outdoor rug and cooler to make your stay a little more comfortable. You can choose to cook inside with full amenities, or if the outdoors are calling you can choose to move outside and make use of the outside kitchen equipped with mini fridge and two burner stove. There is a spray off station with quick connect hose by the entry door to spray off before entering if needed and an outdoor shower hook up near the front. Keypad locks on outside doors for convenience, so no need to keep up with keys at all times. We also have a Furion camera system set up all the way around the camper with 4 cameras including back up camera to make pulling and backing the camper a breeze. Take the monitor in at night as an outside security system. We will do a full walk through of the camper and quick checklist to ensure you are comfortable with operating and the towing set up if you choose to tow yourself. It is time to get away!! 2021 Jayco Jay Feather 30 ft trailer with kayak door and bunkhouse is ready to get away to north Florida to the springs or local RV parks. Height is 10' 1" with single slide out. Back door opens to load kayak or intertube with tie down hooks. Not only does it have an outdoor kitchen with sink, it has a 3 burner propane cook top, oven, and microwave. Large 8 cubic foot 12v fridge inside and a small one in the outdoor kitchen. Lost keys will be subject to $100 replacement fee. If picking up, driver must have trailer brake controller and vehicle must be large enough to tow GVWR of 7250 lbs. Anti-sway tow hitch will be required or rent our anti-sway tow hitch for $100.00. Delivery and setup available within 60 miles for a fee. If longer distance, contact owner to discuss.
