All linens and pillows are supplied for the beds as well as the towels for the bathroom. I have the camper kitchen stocked with most necessities you would want such as: pots, pans, plates, bowls, cutlery, cooking utensils, K-Cup single serve coffee maker, coffee mugs, air fryer, crockpot, and mini waffle & pancake maker. I supply the septic safe toilet paper for the camper as well. I also have a smart tv installed in the living room area and another installed in the main bedroom. There are some campgrounds with poor cell service so I do have one dvd player and a assortment of DVDs just in case. I also include the outdoor necessities such as: outdoor rug, chairs, and table.

The living area has a dinette that can also turn into a bed, couch that can convert into a bed, TV, AM/FM/Bluetooth radio that can be played both inside and outside. The kitchen has a fridge/ freezer, 3 burner stove top, oven, microwave, and large pantry. The bathroom is large for a camper and has a stand up shower with a roof exhaust fan. The master bedroom in the front provides a queen-sized bed, closet space on each side, and more storage under the bed and above. There is plenty of storage throughout the whole camper. On the outside there is a large electrically controlled awning and exterior LED lighting. At the back of the camper is an outside stove and flat-top grill as well as a second fridge and more storage and grilling utensils. This RV is by delivery only at this time. Drop off and pick times are flexible.

There is a spray off station with quick connect hose by the entry door to spray off before entering if needed and an outdoor shower hook up near the front. Keypad locks on outside doors for convenience, so no need to keep up with keys at all times. We also have a Furion camera system set up all the way around the camper with 4 cameras including back up camera to make pulling and backing the camper a breeze. Take the monitor in at night as an outside security system. It is time to get away!! 2021 Jayco Jay Feather 30 ft trailer with kayak door and bunkhouse is ready to get away to north Florida to the springs or local RV parks. Height is 10' 1" with single slide out. Back door opens to load kayak or intertube with tie down hooks. Not only does it have an outdoor kitchen with sink, it has a 3 burner propane cook top, oven, and microwave. Large 8 cubic foot 12v fridge inside and a small one in the outdoor kitchen. Sleeps 6 to 8 people, small pantry, lots of storage. AC does a great job cooling down home. Queen master bed can be closed off by a sliding door and has it own door to the outside. Behind master bedroom cabinets are plug ins for CPAP. USB by both bedsides. Screen doors on both sides. Great sitting area under 21 foot awning with LED lights. Lost keys will be subject to $100 replacement fee. If picking up, driver must have trailer brake controller and vehicle must be large enough to tow GVWR of 7250 lbs.
