Driving this RV is simple with no steps needed to get into driver's seat or passenger's seat, and a back-up camera. 1 bedroom with a queen bed with mattress topper. This bedroom has a closing panel for privacy and a TV. 1 bunk over cab area (full/double size sleeping area with mattress topper). This area has a curtain for privacy. The TV in the main living area can be viewed from the bunk. 1 convertable sofa (double/full size bed) 1 convertable dinette (double/full size bed) *Pillows and sheets provided for all sleeping areas. Blankets also provided. 1 bathroom with toilet and shower Kitchen includes plates, cups, bowls, coffee mugs, eating utensils, cooking utensils, and cookware. Built in appliances: nice size fridge with freezer, 3 burner stove top with oven underneath, microwave, and sink. For outside, there is a 14 foot awning to hang out underneath, a 9x6 outdoor artificial turf carpet, 4 camping chairs, a camping grill, and grilling tools. On the other side of the RV, there is an outdoor TV! There are also a few games like Twister for your entertainment. It has a master bedroom with a queen size bed, a full size bunk over the cab, and a dinette & sofa that each convert into additional sleeping areas. This RV is equipped with everything you need to hit the open road! It has a fully stocked kitchen, refrigerator, stove, coffee maker with K-Cups, crock pot, and microwave! We provide the cookware, dishes, linens, pillows, blankets, and basic cleaning supplies. All you and the family need to bring is your clothes, toiletries, and food. Our RV is your portable get-away, it is equipped with everything you need to create an unforgettable family vacation. With RV There Yet, even the rainy days are a blast. It has two 32" TVs, with plenty of family friendly DVDs, video games, board games, and card games for the rainy days. Outdoor "yard games" and campfire cooking supplies are also included. A propane griddle and campfire cooking tools are supplied to accommodate your outdoor cooking needs. Propane for the camper and all outdoor cooking appliances is included in the price of the rental. Delivery is available with prior coordination. Please do not book for delivery without reaching out to me first to ensure I am available. No Smoking Inside- If we suspect that anyone smoked inside the RV, $500 will be deducted from your security deposit. Empty the septic tanks before returning. Returning the RV with waste in the black water tank will result in $100 being deducted from your security deposit. Remember to fuel up before check-in. Returning the RV with less fuel then when it was checked out will result in $6 deducted from your security deposit for every gallon required to refill.

This beauty includes a King bed, twin bunk beds, overhead full bed, sleeper sofa and dining table that can convert to an additional sleeper. Plenty of room for the whole gang and some. Take additional friends and family on your next adventure and don't forget your fur babies too, with it also being pet friendly for an additional charge. We clean and sanitize each time before it is rented out. We also include fresh bedding, towels and other linens with your stay. The RV is stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates, cups, a toaster, outside chairs, fold-up grill, games and so much more. All you really need is clothes and food and youre set to hit the open road. Inside you will find a full kitchen that includes a fridge/freezer, 3 burner stove top, oven, microwave, and a sink. To the right includes a dinette table that seats 4 and can be converted to a sleeper that can sleep 1 adult or a few kids. The dinette table has 2 drink carriers built-in with a 40" TV mounted above. Across you will find a sofa that can comfortably seat 2 or 3. This sofa also converts over to a bed that can sleep 1 adult or a few kids. Past the kitchen is a full bathroom with a toilet, sink, and shower with stocked towels and toiletries.
