2015 Forest River Gray Wolf RV/Fish House Travel Trailer Spring, Summer, and Fall months this is rented as an RV/Travel Trailer. In Winter this unit is rented as a fish house/Ice Castle but it can still be used like a standard RV. Amenities include TV, kitchen sink, operational toilet with separate tank, shower, jack-knife couch, outdoor electric awning, sheets, blankets, pillows, kitchenware, coffee pot, microwave, toaster, oven, towels, Blackstone Tabletop Outdoor Grill (propane needed), and outdoor folding chairs. Fish house amenities include rods, rattle reels, propane heater, and 8 fishing holes. In winter months, this trailer will be parked on Lake Waconia for use. However, it can be rented and moved to another lake if desired. If you require setup by us, a 4 day minimum is required. If you are moving the camper yourself, a 2 day minimum is required. Please use discretion when reserving based on number of guests. Dinette bed will hold 2 guests comfortably. Bunk bed above dinette is the approximate size of a Full Size Bed. Jack knife couch is a bit smaller and likely better suited for children. We also provide one camping cot with a sleeping pad that can hold 1 full sized adult. We offer a low nightly rate, additional convenience packages if needed, and a straight-forward delivery and set-up fee of $75.00 plus $4.00 per mile as measured from our house to your camping site, one way. Our 2024 Forest River Cherokee Grey Wolf has everything you need to camp in comfort, including: a fireplace, blue-tooth sound system, LED interior lights, TV, and a large U-shaped dinette slide-out that provides an open and spacious floor plan to accommodate your group without feeling crowded! The dinette has a large picture window that provides lots of light and a great view. The dinette also converts to a full size bed for additional sleeping space with large, pullout storage drawers beneath. Sleeps 8, with a queen bed in the private bedroom that has overhead storage, mirrored cabinets with hanger poles on both sides, outlets and USB/USB3 ports. On the opposite end, there are double-sized bunks with privacy curtains, each with their own light, window, and USB charging ports. Our rental includes: dishes, cookware, silverware, cooking and grilling utensils, camper chairs (4), coffee pot and filters, toaster, mugs, cups, pot holders, dish soap, hand soap, basic cleaning supplies, RV toilet paper and more!
