This trailer has a comfortable queen sized bed in the front private bedroom, theater seating in the main room, and a booth dinette that converts into a bed. In the private bunk room, there are 3 twin size bunk beds and a booth dinette with table that converts into a bed. Our trailer has 2 AC units that will keep you nice and cool in the heat of the summer and a propane heater that will keep you cozy in the winter. While sitting outside by the fire, this trailer comes with camping chairs, an outdoor tv hookup and an outdoor kitchen with mini fridge and 2 burner stove. The following items are included in your rental: - cooking utensils - pots/pans - silverware - plates, bowls, cups - a Keurig - coffee mugs - cutting board - knives - bath towels - hand towels - wash cloths - pillows - fitted & top sheets for all beds. By renting my rv, you will need to purchase insurance under my master policy, no less than 30 days before departure and pay MBA directly. I also do require roadside assistance coverage, paid by the renter, provided by MBA which is purchased with the insurance at the same time within 30 days from departure*** ****insurance DOES NOT allow towing! I will not allow vehicles towed so don’t ask. Tow hitch is blocked with a passcode lockbox so don’t think you’ll pull a fast one***** This floorplan flows effortlessly with its 84" interior headroom and master bathroom in the back to maximize interior space and flow. The master bedroom features a king-size bed with plenty of storage underneath, ample closet space/pull out drawers and a 32" LED TV with DVD or Blu-Ray player. The master bathroom features plenty of storage along with a mirror, sink, a shower with a glass sliding door, a toilet and hood vent. The living room area is wide open and inviting with a 40" LED TV. The living room has plenty of room to stretch out thanks to the soft-touch leatherette hide-a-bed sofa. There is a TV antenna with a booster, radio AM/FM, CD, and DVD with Bluetooth capability thru the speakers in the living room area. There is a 2nd full size bathroom off the living room with a glass sliding door, medicine cabinet, toilet, and plenty of storage. Right outside the main bathroom are 2 bunk beds with small TVs in each. There are 3 storage pull-out drawers underneath for extra storage. The kitchen features LG solid surface countertops, an under-mount stainless steel sink with solid-surface covers and high rise faucet with pull-out sprayer, hand-laid tile backsplash, and abundant cabinet storage. The appliances are in great condition and look brand new, including a 30" over-the-range convection microwave oven, a stainless steel oven with three sealed burners, and an residential impressive 22.5 cu. ft. stainless steel residential refrigerator/pull out drawer freezer with ice maker and water/ice maker in outside door with a 2000 watt inverter that runs off the chassis batteries so you can keep your refrigerator/freezer on while driving down the road. There is an additional sleeping area on top of the cabin in the form of a comfortable overhead bunk that is very easy to pull down and up. This RV comes with two air conditioning units for extra comfort - a 15,000 BTU unit in the living room and a 13,500 BTU in the master bedroom. I supply everything you need on your vacation with the exception of food/alcohol/etc. I will supply dishes, utensils, plates, cups, cooking tools, I mean everything to cook and eat with. I will supply a mattress protector on every bed. I’ll have toilet paper stocked in each bathroom, camping chairs that will be in the storage underneath, as well as roasting skewer sticks so literally just bring your clothes and toiletries (shampoo conditioner and soap) and you are good to go. All you need to do is buy food and any extras you want (such as seasonings etc to cook with) ***My RV does have a PikePass for the tolls roads that work in Oklahoma, Texas, and Kansas. If you use it, expect to be charged the cost of tolls at time of return. I just charge the cost of the toll/no markup*** Some of our motorhome features: -Has 2 full bathrooms -Full kitchen (stove/cooktop/microwave) -king size bed in master -2 bunk beds, a dining table that converts to a bed, a pull out bed couch, and a bed above the driver/passenger seat so possibly if with kids you could sleep 10 total. -Full size residential refrigerator/freezer -Has outside TV -outside shower -electric awning with LED power strip lighting (Not to be used in any wind…will break and can cost up to $5,000 to replace. -Has 3 slide outs so it’s really roomy -Furrion sound system with Bluetooth to hook phone up to and listen to your music via the speakers throughout front of motorhome. I have been blessed in life so my house and motorhome are paid for, so I’m looking for renters who are looking to not break the bank and make everlasting family memories on vacations. I’m flexible on mileage charges over the 150 Miles a night included for longer trips so just ask. Yes, there’s a $5,000 refundable security deposit to keep renters from treating my $150,000 motorhome like crap!

My wife and I purchased this RV a couple of weeks before my mom passed away in 2022. Shortly after purchasing the RV, my mom passed. I had a dream of taking my mom on a great trip in this RV but never really got the chance. That being said, we named the RV “Priscilla’s Place” in her memory. And when it comes to camping, it's "Glamping" at its best!!! There will be clean sheets/bedding and towels provided. There will also be at least a 1 week supply of dish soap, hand soap, HE laundry soap, shampoo, and toilet paper provided. All these items are provided to reduce what you need to bring and just go RVing!!! This RV does not require propane and utilizes diesel and/or electric for the hot water and camper heating (Aquahot system). Now for the "finer" print :) --Guests can park their personal vehicle in the covered parking at the RV storage unit that has secured access!!! This is available for only $10.00/night (elect this option at time of rental). Think how much time and extra driving this can save. Important to note that the RV Owner is not responsible for any damage or theft to guests personal vehicle or personal items at the owner's RV storage unit. --Rental will come with full tank (100 gallons) of fuel (Diesel). Renters MUST return RV with full tank of fuel, or elect for the prearranged refill ($500), or the guest will be charged $1,000.00. --Renters MUST return RV with emptied Black and Grey holding tanks, or elect the prearranged emptying by Owner ($150), or will be charged $200.00 --Coffee pot is available and to be returned clean. --Plates, cups, silverware, cooking utensils, pots/pans, and clean trash cans with liners provided. Guests MUST return RV with clean dishes, clean cooking surface, clean microwave, and no loose trash or Guest will be charged additional $150.00 in addition to the Cleaning Fee. Owner will dispose of bagged trash, will dust/clean counters, clean the bathroom, vacuum/mop floors, wash exterior, etc for the next guest as part of the rental agreement's cleaning fees. --Clean sheets, pillows, bedding, towels, and hand towels will be provided for the rental. Guest to leave dirty linen and towels in the RV and these will be cleaned/washed by the Owner for the next guest as part of the rental agreement's cleaning fees. --The RV has a Satellite dish and WiFi capabilities for Long-term Renters wishing to add their own service. --There is a receiver hitch; however towing is NOT permitted. This is non-negotiable! --Please expect to spend at least 1 hr when picking up/receiving the RV to review the workings and operation of the RV (auto leveling, slides, air suspension, etc.). I will have a Rental Checklist to complete for listing the inventoried supplies and review of the RV's operation/processes. If you are new to RVing or driving a Class A RV, please expect to spend a little more time to ensure your understanding of the RV's operation and set-up procedures so you'll have the best RV experience possible. --I recommended that the Renting Guest take photos/video of the RV prior to departure. (Owner will also take photos of interior and exterior on the day of rental.) --Upon the Guest's return, the Guest is requested to review the Rental Checklist with the Owner. Any damages, losses, or theft incurred during the rental agreement will be documented and restitution will be pursued per the Rental Agreement. --This RV retailed over 300K and is expected to be treated as such. The refundable deposit is set at $5,000.00 to account for this high end RV. Please do not message me requesting a lower deposit amount. --Minimum night stay is 5 days with maximum of 5 people. Please do not message me requesting a modification. --The owner has right to refuse the rental to anyone that refuses to agree to take part in the review and acknowledgement of the RV's operation, equipment use, and camping/materials inventory listed on the owner's 'Guest Checklist' at the time of pick-up and drop off. --This is my personal RV and the rentals are intended to be for those looking to have an amazing RV experience. For sleeping we have a bunkhouse with 3 bunks, the couch in the living area folds out into a full size bed (4) and the dining room table can be made into a bed as well. Amenities include: One slide out, power stablizer jacks/tongue( push of a button), HDTV flat screen, air-conditioner, DVD player, indoor/outdoor speakers, sink, refrigerator, 3 burner gas stove with oven, microwave, 30 amp hook up, 2 30lb propane tanks, all the necessary hoses, wireless back up camera, lawn chairs and gas grill. Great storage inside and a large storage compartment outside. The kitchen will be supplied with a coffee pot, plates, cups, and cooking necessities. Linens and towels will be provided along with some toilet paper and cleaning supplies. Some DVDs and games provided also for entertainment.
