Our RV has been a pleasure to use every time we go out. We have taken our Grand kids just about everywhere, and make memories everywhere we go. It's wonderful to wake up to a new beautiful scenery every day. With the spacious room and plenty of storage space it allows us to take family and friends and all their belongings that they desire for the trip. For your convenience your trip will include bed linens, towels, extra blankets and bedding. Kitchen towels, dishes and cookware along with flatware and cooking utensils. A coffee maker with coffee filters is also available. We also supply septic safe toilet tissue.

The living room couch pulls out into a full size bed. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the bunk room has two upper loft twin size beds and the couch in the bunk area folds out into a full size bed. The queen size bed has a 3 inch memory foam mattress and the bunk room floor full size bed also has a 3 inch memory foam being held under the camper storage area. There are two outdoor fridges and one outdoor tv, an awning and radio or bluetooth speakers for entertainment. We will let you guess why. :) She is a lightweight, top of the line travel trailer with all the goodies. Use the main entrance door to enter the main living area and the first thing you will notice is the pantry cabinet then you will notice how HUGE the kitchen area is with TONS of counter space. It is equipped with a 3 burner gas stove with hood ventilation and a microwave overhead. Next you will notice the oversized fridge/freezer. The 4 person dinet can be converted to a FULL SIZE bed for extra sleeping accommodations. We upgraded the sitting area from your standard couch to 2 very comfy recliners for relaxation and comfort. The added electric fireplace works amazing and capable of heating the whole camper. The Master bedroom has its own entry/exit door to not bother others in the main living area. The extra slide out in the master gives you additional room and even its own spacious wardrobe for all your belongings plus 3 drawer. It has a very comfy queen size bed with access to storage underneath. We mounted a TV in the bedroom and have a Firestick installed so you can keep up with your TV shows or watch some movies in bed. The bathroom has a roomy shower with skylight for added space for us tall folks (I’m 6’4). There is storage under the sink as well as a medicine cabinet behind the mirror. It even has Jack and Jill access which means you can access bathroom from main living area or directly from the Master bedroom. With all that SLEEPING BEAUTY has to offer, let’s face it, you go camping to enjoy the outdoors. With an oversized awning to keep you dry, LED lighting, and outdoor speaker and comfy chairs provided to set up outside, this is wear you will enjoy camping the most. You also have a mini fridge without the need to go in and out of camper. Lastly it has flattop grill so you can enjoy the outdoors while cooking your meals. This camper is only 1 year old. It small and easy pull park, and set up. I will haul and have set up for you for a reasonable fee at your convenience the pictures show, it provides all comforts of home. The bath is small but adequate. The nook sleeps 2 children comfortably. Microwave and coffee maker included. Has under counter fridge\ freezer.

The luxurious queen bed with memory foam mattress , double bunks, and table that folds into a bed can sleep up to five. It boasts a cute kitchen complete with range, microwave, mini fridge and freezer. The bathroom has both a tub and a shower. Furnished with a TV, DVD player, and Bluetooth speakers inside and out. It's 10' awning with LED outdoor lights and the included folding table makes an awesome spot for relaxing, food and drinks, and camaraderie. Optional camp chairs and portable grill complete the experience! We supply "extras" such as cookware, tableware, kitchen utensils, dish soap, washcloths etc. to keep your vacation exciting and enjoyable! Fresh linens, (sheets, spare sheets, comforter, blankets, pillows, and towels) will be provided for a fee. Propane refills are available. Please keep this tiny home on wheels clean and pet free for the next happy campers! $30 fee if returned overly dirty. $150 fee if pet sign or hair are present. No smoking please! $150 fee if sign/odor of smoking is detected. It is your responsibility to empty the gray water and black water tanks. You will be charged a $60 service fee if the gray/black water tanks are not empty upon return. Thank you for caring for our little "Sweet"!
