It features a spacious master bedroom with a queen bed and a queen-size loft area. Additionally, two more people can sleep in the recliners if needed. The motorhome is smoke-free and e-cigarette-free, ensuring a clean and pleasant environment. It also includes an outdoor kitchen for your convenience. You'll also have access to four ROKU TVs in the living area, bedroom, and outside. All TV’s have access to Internet TV Apps To make your stay even more comfortable, we provide plates, bowls, glasses, silverware, kitchen utensils, a Keurig coffee maker, a countertop ice maker, a toaster, a small blender, a slow cooker, and cookware onboard. Basic cleaning supplies like hand soap, dish soap, and extra trash bags are also included. We'll provide enough coffee for your first pot in the morning for your convenience. Additionally, we offer folding lawn chairs and a folding picnic table at no charge. We can provide extra sheets and towels for a small fee if needed. Enjoy a cozy getaway in this luxurious travel trailer. It has an upgraded pillow top queen size mattress in the bedroom. There is a couch/futon style in the living room which folds out to sleep on. There is a 4 person table for comfortable eating, but it can also be used as a bed if needed. Camper has a large TV in the living room and one in the bedroom as well. Both TVs will have Amazon Firesticks, so you will just need to log into your favorite streaming apps. Enjoy the built in fireplace for just atmosphere or if you are feeling a little chilly! Outdoors is also great as there is an indoor and outdoor sound system. The awning makes a great shaded area in the daytime and has great colorful LED lights for the evenings! Here is what we include for your comfort: In the Kitchen: pot and pans, cooking utensils, measuring cups, baking sheet, baking dish, plates, bowls and cups, knives, scissors, bottle/wine opener, can opener, fresh towels, dish soap, and hand soap. There is a coffee pot, waffle maker, toaster, blender, and mini crockpot. Bathroom: Towels for showering/swimming/beach, hand soap, first aid kit, cleaning supplies Bedroom- Linens for the queen bed, the fold out sofa, and dinette area. Welcome to our little home away from home, Treeva the Travel Trailer. This lightweight single axle trailer sleeps 5 comfortably with an RV queen sized bed, 2 bunk beds (RV twin), and a bed between (RV full). The full size bed is also the dinette area. Let us know if you would rather have it set up as the dinette upon delivery and we will get that set up for you. Treeva has a shower and camp toilet in her cute little bathroom with hot (and I do mean HOT) and cold water available, a dual burner cook top, a microwave, fridge, and a cute li'l kitchen sink. We have a Roku TV , 6 slice toaster oven, and Keurig in Treeva too. Treeva even has an AC and fireplace! We supply plates, cups, mugs, silverware, bedding, towels, cookware, and toiletries. Just bring your clothes, personal items, and some grub and you are set to camp! Extras such as camping chairs, portable grill for grilling up some hot dogs and hamburgers outside, and a large cooler for adults beverages are also available to add on to this rental. No generator or solar available with this rental so to use the electrical capabilities, you must have electrical hookups available. NO TOWING VEHICLE? No problem delivery to limited sites is available.
43 foot long travel trailer with incredible amounts of space! The living room has 2 pull out couch beds with 2 heated massage chair recliners. Also a fire place and TV so the family can hang out together comfortably. The kitchen comes with all amenities and a commercial size refrigerator. With 14 foot tall ceilings, you won’t be ducking or feeling like you’re cramped. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a full size bathroom with double vanities. There is also a half bath in the main cabin area. The trailer also comes with an outside kitchen area and a full size awning.

We like the sofa/murphy combo because it provides a comfortable place to lounge if the weather isn't cooperative or if you want to watch a movie. The Murphy bed is very easy to set up or stow and the sheets and blankets can be left in place while stowed. We love our fur babies and are dog friendly. (Only dogs since we are allergic to cats). No extra rent if you want to bring your dogs, but there is a pet cleaning fee of $25, a 2 dog max, and you have to bring your own linens. The trailer is outfitted with all of the comforts of home, including a microwave oven, refrigerator/freezer combo, a cooktop, oven and Keurig coffee maker. It does sleep 5 with a large bed in front and 2 bunks in back and a dinette that makes into a bed. It comes furnished with most everything needed for a fun and relaxing trip. Inside the RV is queen bed with 2 in mattress topper. All beds have sheets, pillows and comforters. Towels and washcloths are included. The following are also included: 19 in TV with DVD player, microwave, Kuerig coffee maker (with some coffee, hot chocolate and tea pods), regular coffee maker, waffle maker, 4 qt crock pot, elec can opener, blender,toaster, pots and pans, mitts, silverware, knives and assortment of utensils Some kids games. A complete list of all items will be sent before rental. Outside items include the speakers, awning, four camping chairs, 2 kids chairs, 10x10 popup shelter,extension cords, hoses, kids balls such as football, soccer, wiffle ball and more. This Rv is perfect for the budget minded trip, couples, or small families! It’s small size is much more comfortable than a Class B camper van but smaller than a larger size motorhome. It’s also a great Rv for tailgating with its built in generator!

Can YOU tow the travel trailer? My travel trailer only weighs 4600 lbs and comes with a weight distribution hitch, sway bar, brake controller, and rear backup camera at NO additional charge. I will also deliver, set up, and pick up my travel trailer anywhere within the DFW metroplex FREE. 3. Will the travel trailer be in good repair, clean, comfortable, and fully stocked? My travel trailer is flawless inside and outside, it is smoke-free, and it gets a professional cleaning before each rental. It also comes fully stocked with all bedding, towels, toiletries, pots, pans, plates, cups, silverware, ice machine, blender, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, outside rug, outside chairs, etc... to be your home away from home. My travel trailer has an open floorplan which is great for families with small children. It has a queen-size bed, a double-size bunk bed, and a dinette that converts to a double-size bed to sleep 8 people according to the manufacturer based on 2 people in each bed. My recommendation is 5-6 people for the best comfort. It also has a bathroom with a toilet, shower and sink, AC and heat, a smart TV, a radio with inside & outside speakers, a gas stove with an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a slideout for additional space, an outdoor shower, an outdoor kitchen, a lighted retractable awning, and a solar panel to help keep everything charged up.
