It has 3 A/C to keep you cool, residential refrigerator, stove with gas cooktop, large walk in shower and tons of storage for your convenience. Then relax in one of the 2 heated and massage recliners after a long day of outdoor adventures. They will instantly put you to sleep. The unit comfortably sleeps six adults. The two sofas in the living room fold out into beds. Each bed will can come with a memory foam topper for extra comfort if needed. Please let me know in advance if you need to use them. The master bedroom has a new $1,800 hybrid king size mattress. It's extremely comfortable and guaranteed to give you the best night's rest you've had in a while. *Just be aware, there is only one bathroom which you have to go through the master bedroom to access. We will fill one of them for you at no charge. The oven range/stove is mainly what you'll use the propane for. Heat and hot water can run either electric or propane or a combination. However, I'll set up the unit to run the hot water off electric and you more than likely are not going to need heat since you'll have plenty of that naturally. I'll offer a stress free flexible delivery, setup, and pickup service tailored to your preferred location for a fee (Depending upon location). If you are planning on towing yourself, you will need a gooseneck hitch and experience towing a trailer of this size—it's 45 feet long—and at least a one-ton truck. PETS We love pets but please we ask you follow these rules. A maximum of 2 dogs, under 40 lbs. Dogs not allowed on furniture. No cats are allowed. We do not require a pet deposit, but if pet hair, pee, poop and or fleas found during the RV's return, a cleaning fee of $75 will be deducted from the security deposit. We ask that you clean the RV free any pet issue. Any damage done will be deducted from your security deposit. However, we hope our guests use good judgment when bringing their animals: - Well-behaved pets with good bathroom manners are more than welcome. - We ask that pets be up-to date on flea and tick prevention. - We expect pets to be cleaned up after outings, such as no wet pets in the RV or dirty pet paws. An outdoor sprayer is available to clean your pet. SMOKING OR VAPING Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the RV. If there is any evidence of smoking, the entire $1,000 refundable security deposit will be forfeited. CLEANING There is a minimum $75 cleaning fee. However, the RV should be returned cleaned, including the toilet, shower, sinks, floor swept, trash removed, and dishes washed. It should be returned the way you received it. Remove all bed linens, including pillow cases, and place them in one area. Once I arrive to pick up the RV, I'll inspect it for cleanliness. If there are any issues, there may be an additional $75 cleaning fee, making your total cleaning fee $150. If I do the delivery and setup, I'll dump tanks. However, if you pull the RV, you must dump the black and gray water tanks. If not there will be a $150 fee. We want you to relax, have fun and enjoy your trip with your family in our RV.
