This beauty is amazing to take out and spend time in with the family. Plenty of room for the kids and parents. Convenient outdoor sink and fridge. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a topper. It is very comfortable! The dinette sleeps 2, the sofa sleeps 1, the bunks sleep 2 smaller children, and the last bed sleeps 1 bigger child (smaller teen). The trailer is in great condition. Includes all you need to set up for a full hook up site. Ie…water hose (with a pressure regulator), sewer drain, power cable, propane tanks, hitch, and a few more odds and ins. You will love your stay in this trailer!

This is “QuaranTina”. We got her brand new in March of 2020, the day state wide restrictions were imposed for Covid. We have enjoyed her for 2 and a half years. A screaming deal on the fifth-wheel of our dreams means that we currently have two Beautiful luxury camper options and only need one. Tina is in Excellent condition. I've been renting my trailer out for a couple years now and had a 2016 and a new 2023. There is every amenity you can imagine; real roomy, a lot of storage, a queen size bed, and a set of bunkbeds, a large shower! Sleeps 6 My goal is to have a trailer with almost everything that you need ready for your rental with no extra charges like other rentals!!!! The trailer is ready to roll on your next vacation. Wake up by the lake, ocean, under a canopy of majestic Redwoods, riverside, or on the top of a mountain, your choice. The only thing standing between today and new memories is you! There is one television. It also contains; three burner outdoor stove, 6 camping chairs. Comes with the sheets for bed, 4 pillows, coffee maker, toaster, basic dishes, plates, pans, pots, cups, and etc. We have that covered. I also have an equalizer hitch with sway bars for safe towing included. You'll be on your way to adventure in no time! Trailer is always clean so I expect it back the same way, Thanks. Cleaning fee will be added on if left dirty: $150 Comes with three propane tanks that are filled up. Need to be filled up upon return or I can do so and you will be billed for the usage.
