Sleeps 6 including a queen bed, a twin bunk bed, and a double dinette bed (suitable for kids)! Bedding, linens and towels supplied, as are pots, pans, plates, cups and cutlery plus 4x lawn chairs! With 1 slide out, this is a light trailer, easy to tow with a 2" ball. Just bring it to your campsite and begin enjoying right away! Pick up location has 2 RV parks (Kittawa Limoges and Oasis RV Resort) as well as Calypso water park within a quick 10 minute drive! Weeknight (Monday to Friday) pickup/drop off is generally between 5pm and 9pm. Weekend (Saturday and Sunday) pickup/drop off between 7am and 9pm. If you are hoping for pickup/drop off outside these hours inquire with us and we will see what we can do! Please note: we love our pets! But to no fault of their own, they do require extra cleaning. When bringing a pet, or when dog/cat/other animal hair needs to be cleaned an extra charge of $25 will be applied. We observe a No Smoking rule in our trailer. If the unit is returned smelling of tobacco and/or marijuana smoke, there will be a $250 fee charged to remove the odour.

We had such a hard time finding a car seat-friendly RV with sleeping space for four. This family-friendly Class B RV is the most flexible COVID safe way to travel and can fit up to three car seats. Park in the city or woods with no restrictions and no need for hookups as this RV has solar, alternator (recharge as you drive), and decent size water tanks (fresh and waste). Suited with a waterproof poptop and sofa bed you can comfortably seat 6 and sleep four. For two extra sleeping hammocks, ask about our Cabbunk package where you can add two more sleeping areas suitable for young children. The flexibility extends to waste management where this model uses a cassette toilet and undercarriage wastewater tanks. We love our heaven and finally, we can share it with you! You looked at dozens of Class Cs and this one has the best utilization of space for a 27-foot class C hands down. There are tons of exterior storage and interior storage. The bed is really comfy and the pull-down shades make it nice and dark. The bedroom has a SMART TV, you can enjoy your favourite shows and movies. The upper bunk is roomy enough for adults and really comfortable and also has a TV. The kitchen is very functional and offers plenty of storage including a pantry. There are doors to separate the bathroom and bedroom from the living area, so there is privacy and accessibility at the same time. The seats are very comfortable on long drives, and you can use the Bluetooth connection to play podcasts thru the radio. The rear camera is great, and the side cameras big help too. It is super easy to back this into tight spots. You will really like the RV control system, and it's pretty cool to be able to turn all of the lights on with one touch from leaving room or bedroom. We installed an inverter so we don't need the generator while driving, but when you do turn it on it starts right up and is so much quieter than a potable. You will also like the U-shaped dinette with a huge window, and the ability to make it into a bed for your children or guests to ride comfortably and sleep on. *** Snowbirds are Welcome, please submit requests before RV is winterized, around the end of October, with considerable discounts for long term.*** ***Small Print*** The RV will be provided with a full tank of gas and needs to be returned with a full tank of gas ($350 charge if not returned full) The RV will be provided with empty Waste/Septic Tanks and needs to be received back with Empty tanks.
