This person send someone to drop my RV with full of poop and pee in RV and claimed that she doesn't know if she need clean it. Didn't reply to messages and calls. Mattress, door, tape and many more damages were found. I feel that she purposefully did this whole mess otherwise in this country everyone knows that they need to flush the toilet after use. Very smart renter.

She and her family are very nice and easy to deal with. She returned the trailer clean. I highly recommend them for future renter.
