The trailer was great. It was nice and new and perfect for our camping trip. The communication with the owner and pick up were very easy.

Great, clean camper. Would rent again.

All these claims are faulty claims the only thing we did not do was empty the septic tank because it was already at 2 bars when we received it and also it was not discussed that we needed to and we were not provided the proper tools Or chemicals to do it. The provider declined a walk threw which I have always done with others rentals and signed something before always. Which I mentioned twice To him. The trailer was dirty when arriving at the campsite with sand on the ground finger prints everywhere but that didn’t bother us we just cleaned it. He was very rude since starting day of pickup saying He does not want to rent anymore 2 hours before pickup and caused stress and drama amd made me Feel degraded from my questions I asked about what came With the RV. The propane tank was empty , even tho he said yes to it being full, and we had to sleep with our Infant child in our bed because she was cold in the night. We basically had a tent on wheels even after we asked Him if he was providing a full propane tank and he said yes. I was willing to work with him for the appropriate charges for the septic tank. I feel he is trying to get money that once he didn’t do the walk threw I felt super uncomfortable. I knew when I rented from him and they way he was acting towards the rental this was going to be a bad situation. I shouldn’t have to pay anything more than $50 for the half full septic tank that he wanted emptied that was not even discussed. We did not sign anything at all, and he refused a walk threw. I treated this camper as if it were my Own and and thoroughly cleaned the trailer before returning. Every trailer I have rented they have given me 5 stars and thanked me for the condition I have brought it back in. I would like To submit all text messages somehow if possible. Thank you.
