Very pleasant and responsible, appreciate

Karen and her family were wonderful guests and returned the trailer in great condition. There was a bit of damage to the under carriage of the trailer, but it is not a big issue, and no fault of the guests. They were very forthcoming about the issues when they returned the trailer and easy to work with. We would definitely welcome Karen and her family as guests again!
