Thanh is one of the best hosts I have ever met. The RV is in good shape, runs well.

First trip with a VR for our family, and it has been super easy with VREzy and Thanh ; very Quick to answer questions before the rental, and provided all information when picking up the RV. We were 2 adults and 2 kids, VR was a good size.

Very satisfied with the rental. Great communication.

Great RV, clean, organized, easy to drive. 3 adults and 2 kids for 4 nights, it was perfect. Nice kitchen, easy to use. Came with water to use and drink, easy to drain the grey and black tanks. The generator worked well and was easy to use. Got picked up at the airport, easy process, plus hes a great guy. Goes through the RV well, and how to use everything.

Perfect RV for our trip! This was a gem of an RV and perfect for our camping trip. We really enjoyed having all the amenities without the hassle of driving a larger unit. Host was very friendly and helpful. Definitely would recommend for your next trip.

First time RVezy app user, and we couldnt happier. The booking process was very easy, and the RV itself was exactly as described. It was clean, well maintained, and easy to operate. The host was very communicative and helpful even during our trip. We travelled from Calgary to Banff, then to Jasper and back. It was an amazing trip and would highly recommend!!!

Overall the RV was ok except the exhaust was very noisy because there was no catalytic converter and there was a leak at the exhaust manifold.

The overall experience was good. Thanh was very helpful and replied to our questions quickly. We wish the ladder had been fixed to the frame of the RV so that it no longer poses a safety hazard while driving. We also hope Thanh can provide a printed guide on how to start the oven as the procedure is quite complicated. The wastewater hose fell off once at a dump station and created a big mess. We wish Thanh could have reminded us to check if the hose was tight before pulling the valves.

Everything was perfect and simple.

A couple of minor problems, but Thanh was very nice and i am sure he will have resolved by next rental. Great experience.

The RV was perfect for our family of 5 (kids 9,12 14). We had an amazing experience. Thanh was a great host. He explained to us everything we needed to know about the RV to have a wonderful trip. Thanh’s RV was super! It was well equipped, clean and ready to go. The RV was the right size for 2 adults and 2 teens. Before, during and after the rental he was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I would recommend renting this RV.

The Motor home was comfortable for 2 people. It was easy to drive and park.

Travelling with this 23ft RV was seamless for our 3 weeks vacation in Alberta and BC. The E450 was in great mechanical condition and everything in the RV functioned correctly. We spent most of our time in unserviced camping in the national parks and boondocking at other places. The only downside was the lack of kitchen accessories but a quick trip to the dollar store before heading into the mountains took care of it. The owner was quick to answer to our questions before and during the trip. I highly recommend renting this RV!

Great RV. Comes equipped with everything. Thanh did a good job explaining everything to us rookies and is responsive and helpful.

First time RV users here. We used John’s RV for a 5 day trip around southern AB, and it was amazing. John is very helpful and knowledgeable, and was prompt with his responses during the pre-booking process. The RV was clean and very well stocked, and we found it quite easy to use. Highly recommend!

Everything moved smoothly from the customer service perspective. Thahn was helpful and instructive at delivery and took our feedback well. As for the vehicle, we thought the function was quite good overall. The fridge worked very well on battery but the migration to propane proved spotty. Otherwise, devices worked very well!

Seeing as this was our first ever RV experience, we couldn't have asked for a better person then John to rent from. His RV had everything we could have asked for and more, everything ran smoothly from the drive itself to how it handled all our camping comfort requirements. The only hiccup we had was so very minor (to create a map explaining all the different power options, electric, gas, generator etc since it's a lot to remember for first timers) to which John more then happily agreed to imply for the next renter. All and all, a trip to remember. My wife and I are officially hooked and are already planning our next RV adventure!

John’s RV took us on a magical vacation that we can’t stop talking about. Besides the amazing trip across the Canadian Rockies, the RV couldn’t have been more perfect. From the start John was responsive and professional. Super helpful in all ways. He even picked us up from our hotel, although don’t know if he does that for everyone :). John gave us a tutorial on the RV. And to name the amenities: bathroom, shower (with hot water), stove, oven, microwave, sink, counter space, heater (for cold nights), TVs, stereo with aux input, awning, camping chairs, outside propane grill, folding table, comfy bed, plenty of outlets for charging. All of these things worked with no issues. We grilled outside while it was raining under the awning thanks to the accessories that John provided. Made for memorable times. We took it to Mt Robson, Jasper and Banff. It can handle the peaks and valleys and we felt safe the whole time. Definitely consider renting from John. He’s a great responsive guide and his RV game is strong!

John was very nice, explained mostly everything once we arrived. Some things in the Rv were not up to par, half or more broken, and somewhat not very professional, but overall our rv experience was very delightful.

The RV was exactly as described. Everything was there, and everything worked as it should! Complete supply of ALL necessities, and VERY comfortable pillow, blankets, and bedding. John, was very gracious when going through operation of the RV. I would rent the same unit again, if I don't buy my own 😁 We had an amazing time at the Spray Lakes in Kananaskis!

Fantastic experience. John is friendly and super adaptable. My only reason not to give 5-stars is because heater did not work well, yet John offered extra blankets, 2 portable heaters (that we could not really use since Generators are prohibited past 7PM in most campings, and we did not have services), and a free Parks Canada access pass to compensate. If any of our friends go West, we will highly recommend John and his RV as starting point.

John was a great host and his RV was the perfect size for our trip into the Rockies and visit to Dinosaur Provincial Park. It was clean and stocked with everything you would need for a great family camping vacation.

Had the most amazing trip in John's RV. The vehicle is fully loaded, easy to drive and very well maintained. We drove till Jasper and back and had no problems what-so-ever. John was very accommodating and helpful in all communications, gave us a quick test drive to help us understand all the functions of the RV and also dropped us to the airport on our way back. It worked out perfectly! As first-time RVers, I could not have imagined a better trip. Highly recommend John's RV and will be renting again myself whenever our next trip happens to be.

Great service, great contact. Airport shuttle was included and we really love our stay. John is very helpfull and even though we paid for extra km in advance we were able to give back car with no fuel and that was ok:) For us as well cause we didnt manage to do 1900 km in 6 days with small kids... If I would go someday to the same sites I would take an RV from John again. See You some day:)

We had a great experience traveling through the Canadian Rocky Mountains in John’s RV. It was awesome having a little home on wheels throughout this journey. Not having to worry about if it was rainy or cold or bears! I would highly recommend renting this rv. Before arriving John was very good with communication and answered any and all questions I had. Upon arriving, John was very informative on the ins and outs of the rv and made us feel very comfortable with renting the rv. He also went above and beyond by taking us to the beat by supermarket to get groceries for the week. Another helpful thing John offered was to pick us up from the hotel upon arriving and drive us to the hotel upon returning. I would recommend paying the extra to have this service. We didn’t have to stress about getting a taxi to and from.

Great host

Camper worked great for us! He was very responsive to question both before and during the trip. Fridge had some basics like ketchup, mustard, and bbq sauce which was nice so we didn’t need to buy them as we never would have used a whole bottle of each. The mattress/pillow was surprisingly comfortable. Usually I am in back pain when I sleep in another bed but this worked well! I suggest travelling with duffel bags. We had hard shell suitcases and storage wasn’t great. With duffles you can unpack into the cabinets and fold them up.

We had several issues with this expensive rental. The water system was inconsistent and began to leak a lot on the ground on our second day. The cab of the vehicle was quite dusty and the very few included dishes and the cupboard were dusty and in need of a good cleaning. The coffee maker still had coffee grounds in the filter which had solidified like a puck. When these matters were brought to Thanh's attention, he did not answer the concerns until it was elevated to RVezy. We will not be renting it again.
