Adventure 19ft Motorhome

Based on the many positive reviews, we were expecting excellent service. Unfortunately, our experience was the complete opposite. The vehicle had several issues: • The shower did not work. • The refrigerator did not run on propane. As a result, we lost nearly $200 worth of food. • The holding tank level indicators did not work. Even after emptying the tank, the sensor continued to show that it was full. • The check engine light was on throughout our trip. We were told this was because the vehicle was being driven without a catalytic converter. Besides being illegal, this is extremely harmful to the environment. For a rental that cost over $2,000, we were very disappointed with both the condition of the vehicle and the overall service. If you are considering renting this RV, make sure the owner has completed all the necessary repairs before booking.

Très belle expérience. L'hôte est très réactif et attentionné. Le véhicule est bien équipé. Il manque seulement un peu de vaisselle pour 4 personnes. Je recommande :)

We had several issues with this expensive rental. The water system was inconsistent and began to leak a lot on the ground on our second day. The cab of the vehicle was quite dusty and the very few included dishes and the cupboard were dusty and in need of a good cleaning. The coffee maker still had coffee grounds in the filter which had solidified like a puck. When these matters were brought to Thanh's attention, he did not answer the concerns until it was elevated to RVezy. We will not be renting it again.
