Renters we very nice, and kept owners up to date with delays beyond anyones control for the late return of unit. Renter was given a thorough orientation which included a detailed how-to guide for every step of set-up, use, and tear-down. It is apparent many steps were missed, which possibly lead to the damage. I honestly did not wish to have to put through a damage/cleaning claim, but my future renters, and us as owners, expect a working safe unit at all times. I sincerely hope the renters choose to use RVezy and my unit again soon.
