He spent the upfront time with us explaining the functions of the trailer and was prompt in following up on subsequent questions which resulted in a nice relaxing vacation. We were pleasantly surprised by the supplies included with the trailer such as pots, pans and dishes, making it feel more like a cottage rental. We look forward to our next trip!
