Jason W.Sep 2021As always, fantastic people to rent to. They picked up early and I accidentally sent them out with no pots. Pans, but no pots. We offered to bring them some as it is not our customary welcome but they graciously declined. They arrived on time, ready to go, and returned the unit in great shape. - Jason W.Jul 2020Wendy and Norbert were exceptional renters! They were very kind and patient as we went through the entire booking process, and then my thorough walk-through. I get a bit chatty when I'm nervous and Norbert was very knowledgeable about RVs, how to hook them up and operate them. They returned the trailer in pristine condition! The only hiccup we had was the bluetooth, which I hadn't really used before, but Norbert was able to do some troubleshooting that he shared with us and it worked. Definitely very nice people, and returned the trailer cleaner than it went out! They even steam-mopped the floors, so I felt bad having to do a walk through that beautifully clean unit!
