Great communication. 1 star lost due to the inconvenience of a faulty water pump relief valve causing the pump not turning off when system reach operating pressure. 1 star lost due to mandatory 80$ fee for cleaning even if trailer was returned completely clean. I need to say the owner offer a discount on the next rental. Overall not a bad experience I do recommend this trailer as the owner was looking into fixing the pump this weekend and because he is new to renting and may not know how to turn off the mandatory cleaning fee.
